This place is quite popular. The service was quick despite being super busy. The staff was great and the pizza hit the spot. Super fresh ingredients and the perfect crust makes it worth trying. The only drawbacks were there’s only one bathroom so there was always a wait and they let people inside the with their pets which isn’t necessary since they have outdoor seating.

My daughter and I had a fantastic lunch here today! Marcella was able to get us a window seat, looking out on the busy street. Gabriel took excellent care of us and gave wonderful recommendations on Pizza. The Pompadour with chicken and the black goat pies were delicious.!

Best pizza between Jasper and Blairsville – really best pizza we’ve had in Georgia. Highly reccomended you order a black goat and meatsiah pizza. Also always check the special board. Today was brisket taco pizza with cilantro slaw and drizzle.

Wonderful first time visit. Hard to choose between burrata appetizer choices and Brittany steered us well to the wood fired burrata bomb which we loved.
The Caesar salad was quite tasty and there is nothing quite like a proper wood fired pizza.

Honestly, you don’t expect a place in a “touristy area* to deliver, but I really enjoyed this. I’ve had quite a bit of woodfired pizza and whoever was back there cooking knew what they were doing. The pizza has the perfect combination of char and crunch while being delicate and chewy. I gobbled down the roaster red pepper and ricotta pizza…just addictively good. They also have a decent little selection of beers on tap. God speed.

Absolutely excellent experience. The Margherita pizza was perfectly done—fresh, balanced, and full of flavor. The Burrata Caprese was outstanding and easily a highlight of the meal. Simple ingredients, executed beautifully.

Local pizza spot specific to Ellijay with very unique, authentic wood fire oven pizzas. We tried several options among the red and white pizzas both with my personal favorite (not pictured) the shiitake truffle pizza. For the flavor, I think the prices are justified. They had excellent salad option with plenty of protein as well and fondue that was very smooth, complementary to the bread with limited tastes of alcohol (traditionally used to prepare it). Other than the salads, limited gluten free options but they did accommodate to provide cucumbers to use with the fondue.
Interior is very nicely decorated and on theme with the restaurant. Only docs on the service and atmosphere were the limited seating/space that made things at times feel crowded and possibly stressed out the hostess.

We decided to go through Elijay today not aware of the Apple Art Festival. As a first time visitor to the downtown area we were unsure about dining this establishment was very busy with great aromas and a good vibe. Quickly seated by very friendly staff. Excellent menu selections, we went for the humus appetizer and white pizza with 5 cheeses and hot honey. The service was great even thought the house was packed and the food was outstanding. The 3 version humus was terrific and the fresh baked bread was tender with just the right amount of crust. The pizza was truly next level. I’m confident in saying that it was in the top 5 pizzas of my life, and I’ve had some pretty great pies. Highly recommended, I was blown away.
