Ordered lunch on a Saturday afternoon, we were pretty much the only people there. The staff, while not bad or unfriendly, seemed totally indifferent to our presence. However, the chicken on the Spicy Chicken sandwich was so tough and dry, I literally was unable to take more than one bite. It’s unfortunate to see this restaurant and, at least locally, this entire chain degrading in quality.

Ordered the baconator meal. Sat down to eat. Didn’t see bacon. Took it to the counter, manager came up and said “I see bacon”. I said oh ok and walked away. There was a piece and a half of bacon on it and it was drowned in condiments. Worst $14 I ever spent.

Out of all places I chose to grab a quick bite to eat which was my dinner and not to mention craving as well. When I received my order believe you not everything but my fries were cold mind you I also asked for everything fresh. When brought back my order for them to redeem themselves I received an oddly shaped patty it was hot but where is my bacon I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger. Completely 2 downers back to back, I know it’s just fast food but it’s also my money I chose to spend. The grill person needs to be moved to a different position he’s incapable. Breakfast at Wendy’s for the first time. Delicious. I got the No 2 Combo; sausage (well sone), egg and (substituted Swiss with American)cheese croissant sandwich. Sides: Simply Orange juice & Home Fries.
I also ordered a side of French toast. everything was hot and delicious. Customer Service was wonderful.
David, the on-duty Manager, was not just friendly and welcoming to me as a customer, he was also very thoughtful and caring with his employees. I look forward to coming back.
The restaurant is modern, bright and clean with various seating choices. Personally, I prefer the High-top Tables.

Very rude customer service at drive thru window!! Rude employee, food items in bag did not match items on receipt and when I called to make complaint I was left on hold for 10 min. When I called back no one answered phone. The date of this poor service was 2/16/26 @ 330pm.

Stale burger bun and fries, no condiments on the burger. Burger, fries, and chicken nuggets all cold. Was asked to pull to the side and wait for the order – what am I waiting on? It was clearly sitting on the counter for 2 hours before I ordered. Time will tell if we get food poisoning. Definitely never returning here again, beyond trash.

I ordered a Big Bacon Classic no pickles and no onion. Which comes with cheese, lettuce and tomato. And a Chocolate Frosty. The Frosty machine was broken so I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t give me a refund because the manager wasn’t there. I asked for a 10pc nugget… they gave me the old, cold and dry bottom of the barrel nuggets and less than 10….. plus they had no napkins…

Food was cold and stale. I went through the drive way 12/28/2025 I was asked to move up to the door and they would bring the order out. I opened the bag only to find the fries were stale and cold and the chicken tenders were cold, stale and brick.
