I got a double stack of nugget and a fry and one other meals. The food was not hot. The lemonade tasted like dish detergent and water. It did not taste like lemonade. The food was horrible. Y’all need to do better.

This was my first time dining at this Wendy’s location. The dining area was clean, and I love the wall fireplace area. The young ladies behind the counter were pleasant & nice. The food came decently quick (we made a mobile order). Absolutely nothing was wrong with our order, which honestly shocks me every single time. They also have the $2 frosty cards you can purchase for free frostys all of 2023! Maybe it was luck of the draw for the first visit, but we had a good experience.

Update: Ordered the new mozzarella chicken sandwich, only for there to be NO CHEESE inside the “cheese stick” square when I got back to the motel. It all got cooked out in the fryer. My husband’s chili had huge chunks of hamburger patty in it, along with some crunchy beans. Very disappointed in that for sure. Enough to knock it down a star.

DONT EVER EAT HERE. Not only are the workers trash but the food is worst. Everyone that comes through the drive through or inside should have fresh food.. no exceptions. These managers are worst than the children that work in there. Wendy’s stop hiring folks that don’t care about the public or your brand. Simple. After scrapping up my change literally my food was cold so I sent it back through the window and asked to give me fresh food. The cashier told me to pull up to the door. After sitting there 2 minutes, the cook brought the bag out yall they put the cold fries they gave me back in the grease and brought it to me. They were hard as a rock. It pissed me off so bad I decided to put it on paper instead of lashing out in front of my kid. Because at the end of the day it was her food and I didn’t want her to see me act out. I will be contacting Corporate. Or Wendy herself. The entire staff should be FIRED.!

This is a busy Wendy’s located in an active shopping area. Staff here are friendly, efficient and professional. The line at the drive-in seem to move along pretty smoothly. My order was taken and received accurately and quickly. Food was appropriate temperature for the items that I ordered. My only issue was a wet/dry vac and a spill that was left unattended when I went inside. Overall good experience at this Wendy’s.

these managers and employees need to be PR trained before they’re allowed on the floor. rude stares and attitudes all through the window, and the food was cold and dry. not worth my money or anyone else’s

November 20, 2024 I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location today. The person taking my order was extremely rude and impatient, rushing me as I tried to decide. When I arrived at the window, he dismissively told me to pull my car up. Instead of bringing the food out like most places would, he shouted “hello” from the window and instructed me to back up the car.

When I returned to the window, I asked if everything was okay because his tone and behavior were aggressive. He unapologetically told me, “I talk like this, and I’m always aggressive.” This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, he was wearing a blue shirt, so it was clear he was a team member (or possibly in a leadership role). Wendy’s should really look into retraining their staff or reconsidering who represents their brand. This experience left a very negative impression, and I’m hesitant to return.

Wendy’s I’m going to create a new Gmail and yahoo and complain about this location every chance I get until someone from corporate reaches out to me. On this day, 10/20/25 at 6:43pm. I’m asking that consequences for the entire staff that is working FIRED! They are horrible, especially the cooks and the manager. I set a reminder on my phone. I’m going to post how horrible this service is until someone reaches out.

Stopped here after a long day of traveling as I had not eaten all day and it was one of the closest resteraunts to the hotel. I ordered the jalapeno popper spicey chicken sandwich. What I got was nothing close. The chicken patty was not the spicey one, there were no jalapenos, and pretty much missing everything else, like their basic chicken sandwich with bacon added. It would be one thing if they didn’t have any of the ingredients and informed me of that, not a word was said about it, not only that but it took much too long to receive my food for there only being two cars in front of me. I would not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone.

If I could leave negative stars, I would! Pulled into the restaurant at 8:50p.m. They locked the lobby as I walked up. Entered the drive-thru line. I spent 15 minutes waiting for the 2 cars in front of me to make it past the ordering kiosk. When I get to the speaker I informed them that I was there to pick up a delivery order. I was told to move ahead. Asked if I could meet someone at the door to pick-up the order, as it was already 10 minutes past the pick-up time. They said no wait in the line. Okay. At this point it’s been 20 minutes. Waited 25 more minutes to get to the window. Look in the restaurant to see staff was cleaning machines, counters and floors and texting on their phone. Asked for the order. They hadn’t started it yet. It’s been 45 minutes. Asked to speak to the manager told he’s in the back. Finally get the order that was supposed to be ready at 9:02. It’s missing the frosty, because they said the machine was down, presumably because they were doing their side work to close early. Asked for the managers name, they refused to give it to me. The staff is rude, unprofessional and dirty. Horrible reflection of what the Wendy’s brand conveys.
