We ordered the cheeseburger and the ribs. We are not onion people, but the onion on the cheeseburger actually elevated the flavour. The ribs were also tasty, and the broccoli with garlic was a great side.
It was a busy time when we went, so there was about a 20-minute wait to be seated, and the food came out after 30–40 minutes. Once it arrived, though, everything was tasty and worth it.

So fun!! ☺️ The atmosphere is busy, full of energy and fun. We were there Friday night after work and had no trouble getting a table. Our server and all the staff we interacted with were polite and friendly and attentive. We had a starter, the spinach artichoke dip with salsa and chips and ate every bite. The chips were thin and crispy and warm and the dip was perfect. The chicken tenders and fries and the chicken sandwich and fries were really good and cooked perfectly. A great meal.

We were visiting friends in Nashville and came here for dinner. The food was delicious and the service was great. I had the Original Club Sandwich with fries and it was delicious. The fries were really good. My husband had the Angus Cheeseburger with fries and he said it was good. Our friends have eaten here for years and said the Salads are good as well as the Reuben. They’ve had other items on the menu that were good.
Sidenote, If you are looking for a place to go to watch a sports event they have plenty of televisions for you to watch various events.

Our waitress, Erin Leigh, was excellent tonight! My son’s girlfriend has severe allergies, and Erin was great to double check the ingredients of all the food to make sure there were no issues. She was so friendly and kind! Highly recommend just for Erin’s service alone!

If you are in the Belle Meade area, don’t try to figure out where to eat, go to Sam’s Place! We ate WAY TOO MUCH, but it was perfectly cooked with amazing flavor. The service was so kind and offered great suggestions! We had the ribs, salmon, chicken, salads, pizza, the absolute best smashed loaded potatoes, and topped it off the cookie and the brownie (shhh, but the brown has the edge on the brownie but both are delicious). Sorry but I only took a photo of my leftovers lol but I promise it was amazing! Go check them out!!

I order pizza crust was called cauliflower that means crust is real thin. Well that pizza crust was burned. I have order pizza there before, and was very good plus the crust was thin the way I like it. So maybe it depends on the cook, because this was my favorite place to eat. Now you taking a chance sometime the ribs or good and sometimes it’s not. I use to love ordering the brownie with nuts in the cast iron, but sometimes it can be moist and sometimes it can be hard and dry. At one time Sam’s Place would have received a five stars from me. I feel like some people don’t care about quality food they serve anymore, better of staying at home then your food will be cook right. I can see why some restaurants go out of business. Then you have some people don’t care what they eat, because they don’t have to cook…

It’s convenient to park, because it is located at the end of street mall. Parking is free. Main entrance is kinda not visible. What is funny, because the restaurant is spacious. The ambience is a bit too dark for my taste, but is appealing, specially the bar area. Personally, I don’t like booths, rather have traditional chairs. Service was a very good and food delicious. Food portions are very generous and prices are reasonable.

Thanksgiving night, my nephew, brother, and I discovered Sam’s Place was open after driving and calling around to many places. Personally, I hate myself for perpetuating keeping businesses open on Thanksgiving as I feel the employees should be given that as a paid holiday. However, we went and Jordan was our server and he was so sweet and excellent! He responded to us as if he was thrilled working, whether true or not, professional. He welcomed us to the table and beside the fact that his server skills are Michelin Star, really, his warmth was comforting to us as we were there for sad reasons. We really needed someone like Jordan and luckily got what we needed. I commend corporate for hiring him and I hope his skills earn him great salary and benefits and some holidays off.
