Tried several dishes including the chicken pho, steak and meatball pho, and the beef clay pot. Everything tasted great, but the clay pot really stood out with its rich flavor. The egg rolls were also a big hit. Service was fast and the food arrived fresh and steaming hot. Definitely a place worth coming back to.

Me and my coworkers love coming here, for a sitdown or to get takeout. The prices are very reasonable, the service is quick, food is delicious and comes out quickly. Sometimes it can be crowded at lunch but thats because it’s one of Huntsvilles hidden secrets. I’ve come here probably 10 times in the past two years and always left full and had a great experience.

Went on busy day with large group. We had to wait for a table but they took our order while we waited and delivered the food to the table as we sat. Such friendly service drink is never empty. Food is flavored just right. Love the spring rolls. Consistently good. I really enjoy the clear noodle dishes, especially the Seafood Clear Noodle.

The food has an awesome taste BUT they are very akimpy with the meat in all dishes that we have tried. They fill the curry with veggies and even less in the pho. Ice disguise but I am a meat person and it is noticeable. My first visit my friend ordered double meat and now I see why. I gave them another chance and the same. So better. The place is Always crowded for lunch but service is relatively fast once you get a seat. I wouldn’t recommend if you are in a hurry for lunch. He food is good just skimpy.

Words cannot explain the amazing taste and flavor of this dish. My wife and I have been recently interested in trying new places and came across Viet Cuisine, It was our first time experiencing Vietnamese food and it did NOT disappoint! The service has to be some of the best I’ve personally experienced at any restaurant, greeted and seated within less than a minute of entering this establishment. Not to mention after we got our drinks and placed our orders, the food came out in less than 5 minutes between the two of us. The only thing I would have to say that I wasn’t a fan of was the lack of space that the restaurant has in terms of seating but besides that I enjoyed my experience here today and I would highly recommend if you’re ever willing to try new things! (I chose my dish based off other Google reviews so I had an idea of what I’d like ahead of time!)

I eat at Viet Cuisine every now and then for lunch during the week. I realized while I was there today that it’s my favorite restaurant. I love the food so much, it’s not expensive, and the wait staff are always friendly and seem happy as they work. I was eating on my own today, and my phone was having some connectivity issues, and that led me to really focus on my enjoyment of the food. I felt a sense of joy that I rarely get from food alone. It brightened my day!
I’ve never had anything here that I didn’t like. My personal favorites are the won ton soup and the spicy pork banh mi (though I confess I haven’t tried the other banh mi sandwiches yet!).
