When they slap down some plastic utensils it should tell you something. Ill give most places a shot so I rolled the dice. The food was hit or miss. Some was OK and some you can tell was there a while. There was similar food In different stations. Like they were just plugging holes with something. Not much to show for “sushi”. Was just some rolls that were there for a bit. Wouldn’t recommend the place, but if you need a quick bite and choose wisely it will do. Personally I won’t be back.

First off the service was A 0!! The waiters threw the forks at the table and had a BAD attitude. We later went to go get dessert and found a hair , we then told them about it and they did not remove the food ONLY THE HAIR!! As I was leaving I left my jacket and the waiter threw it at me instead of handing it politely. Don’t come here if you don’t want to get talked about in another language and if you don’t want to get your pockets counted when tipping.

I’m sorry. I used 2 love this place and I hope it can turn around. The food is decent but the staff, atmosphere, cleanliness leaves something 2 be desired. West Ashely has a new buffet. (i won’t say the name.out of respect for this place and I hope it does become better). Drive over there though and experience a much better experience. In fact it is rated higher on Google reviews than most Chinese buffets

Most of the staff and their have bad attitudes didn’t even crack a smile. Body language was just awful. They charge my son my 10-year-old son as an adult but I could have walked out but I just wanted to go ahead and eat and spend time with my family because we were so hungry. Seats were uncomfortable, the bathrooms were nasty they can’t even afford soap dispenser, they put soap inside a head and shoulders bottle. My waitress felt like she deserved more than what I was tipping her. I beg you all please go to Chinatown buffet located in Summerville you will get your money’s worth and they care about you and your family. They could have least giving us a fake smile or something. My dumbass should have just walked straight the freak out. A terrible experience.

There’s a waitress there who’s very annoying. She’s demanded a tip twice now, always wanting $5 per person. If we don’t give it, she starts making a scene. A few days ago, she followed my cousins and me, demanding more tips, and wouldn’t let us leave. A while back, I went there with my uncle, and she did the same thing.
She’s an older woman with a very large forehead, and I always see her working on the right side where there are more tables. She’s always the one bothering the customers. I won’t be going back to that place; she’s been too much of a nuisance.

The food and selection are actually very good. The food was fresh and the buffet was constantly maintained. I felt like it was worth the price.

Just trash. Food wasn’t fresh. food was cold. Small kids fixing there own food when adults should be the one fixing the food. food is overpriced. Bathroom was very nasty. The employees stand around and talk about people. This place is very awful and I will not be returning at all.
