Friends and I attended your Super Bowl “Party.”
I’m writing to formally share feedback regarding my group’s experience, which was unfortunately very disappointing.
We arrived early, around 4:00 PM, as the event was advertised with language suggesting tickets may “sell out.” Prior to the start of the unlimited wristband promotion, we each purchased a few beers. Our original server informed us she would not be working during the game and asked us to settle our tab, explaining that a new server would take over. At this point, it was approximately 4:30 PM.
At 5:00 PM, our new server, Alex, introduced herself and was very pleasant. Since the advertisement clearly stated that the promotion began at 5:00 PM, we attempted to start ordering our unlimited beers. We were then told that the “party” did not begin until 5:30 PM. We showed our server the advertisement indicating a 5:00 PM start time, which led to some back-and-forth. Eventually, Alex returned with beer buckets and stated that her manager had approved giving us beers “early.” These beers were not early—they were provided at the time advertised.
Food became available around 5:30 PM and initially matched what was advertised, though it was a fairly modest spread. As the evening continued, we noticed several advertised elements were missing, including the complimentary shots and any mention or execution of the “free prizes.” It became clear that our server was not fully informed about the promotion or what it included, which added to our frustration.
After halftime, we returned to the buffet and found that no new food had been placed out and that everything available was cold to the touch. When we asked about fresh food, we were told that no more food would be put out because “nobody ate it.” We then asked if fresh, hot food could be prepared and were told no, but that we could box up cold buffet items to take home.
Toward the end of the event, after requesting our final round of drinks, we waited approximately 35 minutes before our server returned with our checks. Throughout the night, we clearly expressed dissatisfaction with the experience. While our server appeared to relay our concerns to management, at no point did a manager come to speak with us directly. We made eye contact multiple times with managers who continued to delegate the situation back to the server rather than addressing us directly.
Overall, we do not feel we received anywhere near our money’s worth. The food was unsatisfactory after the first quarter and, by the end of the game, appeared questionable in terms of food safety. The lack of organization, communication, and managerial involvement made the experience especially disappointing.
We wanted to bring this to your attention, as this experience fell far below expectations and the standards advertised. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve future events.

Ok honest review here. Food is good for bar food but i did trash wings and they came out in 5 minutes. Not sure how that is possible but they were decent. Bartender was very attentive and good. Manager came by and worked behind the bar but never seen her again. The one thing that i really have to say is bad, the 2 waitress, blue hair and blonde would come to the bar and smoke on their vape. If we are not allowed why the heel are they? I’m right here eating and you are blowing smoke. Good place just the vaping was excessive. Go check it out for yourself. Update bar back just got here and it’s vaping in the bar and the bartender was also vaping. I’m sorry just be respectful on the vaping. Who knows what the cooks are doing. Update the later it gets…. Manager came to bar and got 2 drinks out of cooler and takes them back to the kitchen and gives them to the kitchen staff. I have too much time in my hands i need to leave. Just heard Angelina was the manager.

The quintessential sports bar with a lot of personality! An inviting atmosphere & super friendly staff! Our server [Carrera] could not have been more attentive & friendly!
Lots of TVs, delicious food, tons of games [slot machines, darts, pool tables ..] and touchtunes. Large bar with lots of seating .. cannot think of anything they overlooked. Great place! Highly recommended!

I was there at 6pm on a weekday, this is definitely not their crowd. They had one waitress running tables and taking food orders. If you are looking for a dining/waiting experience this place isn’t for you. If you are looking for a beer after work your experience may very.

Older bar and grill with good food and plenty of space. Pool, gaming and Foosball on site. Friendly wait staff and our party of 7 was quickly seated. Several tvs with different games going on. Ceiling fans made it a little drafty so bring a coat or sweat shirt in case you get cool.

While the food is pretty standard bar food, it’s the ambiance and servers who make this a fun place to eat. There are big screen TVs all over, darts and pool. So if you like sports bars, this is a good choice.
