I absolutely love Taco Bell. Especially this location. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, and I definitely understand rushes…. But uh… my Spicy potato soft taco was more talk than oh…. It sounded great at first but when I looked at it, I was definitely disappointed… there’s wasn’t hardly much on it, and agin i understand rushes, it gets busy. But idk… it’s still tasty nonetheless!

I live close so I come here a lot but I try to avoid coming before 3/4pm now. There’s an older black lady manager that is extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I’m pretty sure she works the opening shift. I walked in today to use the kiosk and she just stared at me like she was upset I was there because of the snow?? lol idk I try to use the kiosk because I know how annoying a modified order in the drive thru but she makes me not want to come inside!
If I ask her a question she’s super snippy and short. Every single time I come and she is there it never fails that she is rude to me. I always leave wondering if she knows me personally and if I did something to her or what but I think she’s just a rude individual. My girlfriend also has experienced the same thing. I don’t have a problem with my food when I go. It’s just her. Now when I go there and see her I just leave. I was a shift lead at Taco Bell for 3 years and an agm for another 2 years so like I get it. I hated my job too but I didn’t take it out on the customers.

This place and its employees are a disgrace to our community. They treat people with disrespect and don’t ever want to do thier jobs. They are forcing the kiosk cause they don’t wanna take orders. They would rather stand around and talk about thier dating life. So we called the manager to rectify the extremely bad service and she continues to disrespect me on the phone and kept saying there is nothing she can do. She took my number and my dad’s name down so we shall see if the DM calls. They also got the order wrong BIG SUPRISE LMAO

In all of the region, the Taco Bell on ridge road In Griffith is the BEST. I DoorDash so I’ve been to them All and tried them all!
Currently, they went through a huge shift in employees and are starting fresh. Anyone that goes there around this time, give them patience. They are AMAZING. I promise you!
They got my order out and able to make me a bean burrito really quick for the road. They GET IT DONE!!

Live nearby this location and have eaten here a bunch of times over the past 3-4 years. It has progressively gotten worse every year. It’s at the point now that I will no longer be back. The food is extremely overpriced, and most times when you get home and open the bag everything you paid for is not even in the bag. Also when you get a cheese sauce with nachos or nacho fries the container is usually 25% full. Unreal paying $3 for chips and cheese and the cheese is literally 25% full. No one goes to Taco Bell and expects it to be great, but this location is completely terrible. Absolute waste of money. Don’t waste your time here

Edit. Terrible. Actually terrible. Workers standing around and the fact that I put in my order and wasn’t even acknowledged until 7 minutes afterwards. Then told that their system went down so they couldn’t take orders. Meanwhile, everybody was just standing everywhere. Doing nothing so apparently this place never changes. If you want Taco Bell, go to a different one. Then I asked once for my money back which they held on to until their “system went down.” Nice.Try because you were serving the drive through so if the drive through computers working, then you use that asp eople’s forms of payment and close the inside and tell them to use the drive thru until computers go up because, “they were down.” Pathetic.

Order a hard taco and some soft tacos all supremes got chips and cheese when I got my hard taco it was broken it was a mess then the soft tacos had sour cream only on one side of the taco plus the soft tacos were so soggy you couldn’t eat them the chips that I ordered only come with 5 chips in the bag and the cheese was only half of the container
