I don’t often leave reviews since I have better things to do with my time, but this is one of those occasions that I should give credit where it is well due…. Nick
You know that energy you get at a high dollar steakhouse from the server who you never forget their name? Well Nick is working the counter and bringing that energy in spades today. He’s checking on the dining room guests, delivering food, taking orders, greeting warmly as folks walk in… all with a chipper smile, clear tone, and eager to serve attitude. I’ve actually never seen that level of service from anyone in a fast food category. It’s amazingly refreshing. All the patrons are in a great mood because of Nick.
It reminds me of the old movies where the service attendants worked hard to please.
I just wanted to say that Nick is a diamond in the ruff of this world and I hope to see more like him and be more like him.

Sandwich was rather dry and lacked the flavor I came to love. Probably won’t be going back to this particular location. The restaurant was clean but the service was less than ideal. Took them about 2 minutes to realize I was at the counter. Really need to add a bell to the entrance door.

Had a great lunch here recently. Was my first time at any Schlotzky’s and Brad was very kind when ringing up the order. The quality of the in-house chips is phenomenal and the sandwich did not disappoint.

Waited in the drive through for 25 minutes while the manager was yelling at everyone to make my chicken avocado Cobb salad, then the salad came through finally and had sliced tomatoes, no avocado, no ranch, and barely any chicken. We went back in and they gave us less than 1 oz avocado

Had such fantastic service from the staff and Mr. Brad was so kind to me and my friend! The food was fantastic and Whenever I’m back in town I will definitely be stopping here again.

They were amazing i showed up 12 minutes before the drive thru closed and they were very happy to make my wife’s avocado turkey…. Even though nost other places would of been very upset that we stopped in so late amd made it harder on them they even told me about the $5 pizza deal they have going on for the weekends now amazing night crew glad I could of stopped by tonight and make my wife happy with her sandwich… great job yall keep up the great work 5 stars all around..

I always get the pizza, and I love the pizza boxes with the keyboard on them.
