The service here was amazing, my server was Maggie. She was kind and checked up on us, got us everything we needed during our visit. The food was so fresh and delicious!! My mom has been going to this place for over 25 years and she loves it and I love it will come again 🙂

Checked out our local Chili’s today. The highlight of the lunch rush, and there were barely any tables full.
The service was great, attentive and friendly.
The food wasn’t bad, but nothing super exciting. The best thing I personally tried was the potato soup.
The chips and salsa was also good. However, nearly everything else was on the salty side. Yes, I know everyone has different sensitivities, but all I can give is my account.
My kiddos enjoyed the french fries, white cheddar mac and cheese, and the chicken strips.

Stopped in Chili’s today and had the OLD TIMER BURGER and a couple beers! Food was delicious and just what I needed! RAPID FAST SERVICE and Graham (my waiter) was just awesome!! When I was about to spend nearly $25-$30 on a meal – he mentioned the “Old Timer Tuesday deal for $7.99” and absolutely!! Saved money and had a darn good lunch!!!!

I went here after work and ordered a triple Dipper. The service was great from the server. The food came out wrong the first time as well as one of the items was cold. My server took excellent care of me and got it replaced quickly.

Went around 9, they close at 11, slightly closer to closing but the standards immensely dropped. I had to walk around to get the attention of the servers. The virtual menus were not working so most of my time was spent walking around looking for servers. Ordered food. We got ribs that were really dry with a bit of barbecue sauce. Very underwhelming. Took us almost 30 minutes to get drinks. Just overall frustrating dining experience. If you are to go here, go at peak hours so as to get value for your money as the sun goes down apparently so does the quality in food and service.

UPDATE: I was served a steak with a piece of sharp plastic on top. When they re made my order, my steak was well done. Blah yuck. I’ve been here for an hour & 1/2 & I can’t even eat my food. I have to get it made AGAIN! Next time I’m just gna go to Texas Roadhouse smh… I finally got another steak made & brought out to eat with my cold side dishes but at least it was cooked correctly.
The service has gotten better. The food is always right now. They may not always remember your drink but at least they get the food right now. Not all the waiters are friendly but it is what it is, at least they do their job. Buffalo wings are really good, cheeseburgers are good, the Philly cheesesteaks have absolutely NO Seasoning of ANY kind on them! So u MUST add some salt. The curly fries with white queso loaded are really good! We just tore them up too fast to get a pic! Totally recommend those n the wings
Half the time your food is right. The margaritas NEVER have the correct amount of alcohol in them! It’s just margarita mix UPDATE: I have been here several times since leaving this review & they have been doing better. Food is not always correct but less mistakes are made & the food is good! I don’t drink alcoholic beverages anymore so I cant comment about those.

Our server was, “Sophia.” She was wonderful. Our food was tasty. No complaints at all. The atmosphere was awful because there was absolutely NO HEAT in the restaurant. No heaters, nothing!!! Every customer was complaining and uncomfortable!! The poor servers were freezing as well! ;( Management and owner(s) obviously did not care at all???? Shame on this restaurant!!! Temperature outside was single digits. We will not be back. This place should be shut down. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!

2019- The food was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. We ordered and split two big mixed appetizer sets, and it was more than enough food for our table without needing to order actual meals. (FIRST 3 PICTURES FROM 2019)
Update 2024- I ordered two sampler platters to-go and two single sides, for a group of teens and children to enjoy, but unfortunately they were very disappointed with the food we received. The first sampler platters was to be burger bites (which came wrapped beautifully in foil to keep away from sauces of other items), Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers, and Buffalo boneless wings. We order crispers all the time and the chicken strips we received had almost no breading on them, they were also free floating with the wings. Which caused neither to taste correctly, most the kids refused to eat them because they didn’t like the mixed sauces. The second sampler platters was burgers (wrapped beautifully), Nashville strips, and southwest egg rolls. The egg rolls weren’t wrapped like the burgers, so were covered in Nashville spicy sauce and soggy inedible. The Nashville strips also weren’t breaded well, mirroring the crispers. App doesn’t have a way to contact help about the order. Overall just a terrible experience and it’s terrible that a $40+ meal ended up mostly thrown away, uneaten. (LAST 2 PICTURES)

There are a lot of restaurants that do not offer any freebies for veterans on veterans day. No problem, but I heard Chili’s had free food for veterans and was seated. They provided me with a 4 item menu, I think the children’s menu has more items and could be more expensive meals for a child. I am insulted that you value your freedom just enough to insult veterans with your grilled cheese menu! You could offer many things to draw in the veterans and their entire family but we elected to take the insult and find a better place to eat. Don’t dish out a child’s menu to insult a vet. You should be ashamed or yourself and the corporation you work. Seriously, I do not expect a discount for veterans day as every other veteran would tell you, but we sure do appreciate when places like home depot provide a 10 % discount year round. One time a year and you can’t cover a $15 off a dinner of our choosing? If you are going to try and use Veterans for more business with their family it should not be a budget 4 item menu! Extremely insulted!
