The restaurant still had about 40 minutes before closing when we arrived, but the experience started off poorly. When we told the host we had about 20 people coming, she immediately rolled her eyes and raised her eyebrow. This happened on Sunday, March 8th around 8:10–8:15 PM. She had her hair up in a ponytail with a bow. She just nodded her head with a very obvious attitude and walked to the back, still rolling her eyes as she went to tell the people in the back.
I’ve worked in the restaurant industry before, so I understand how it works. If a group comes in later, we already know the expectation is to eat quickly and not sit around forever. That’s never been an issue for us.
I’ve loved this place for years and have never experienced anything like this at this location. If someone can’t handle seating a group and getting out simple dishes like chicken, rice, and sautéed vegetables before closing, there’s a bigger problem.
We’re also the kind of group that tips well, clean up our tables before we leave, and try to be respectful when coming in later.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. Management may want to reconsider who they have working the host stand.

I was just here at this restaurant. The food was really good and the atmosphere was really nice, However the cashier lady named Alma has a very poor customer service at a point that rolling her eyes on us after asking if we were paying with card. While she was still helping another customer. She needs training on customer service. The restaurant overall good.

Good atmosphere and great service. However my steak fajitas was not that good. The rice was the star of the plate. My husband had the #9 combo he said his food was very tasty. I would like to stop in again and give the food another try.

First visit as I was making a grocery run but didn’t want to shop on an empty stomach.
I was quickly & warmly greeted, as quickly chips & salsa arrived while providing my drink choice & looking over the menu.
I felt like a simple dish & went for the two taco platter. It hit the spot. Refried beans & rice were really good. The tacos were straightforward & I found the marinated pulled chicken moist & full of flavor.
I’ll go back. The prices are reasonable too.

We came at around 8:30, so the place wasn’t very busy and had a quiet atmosphere. The food was delicious and we had good chips. The menu was a bit overwhelming with so many options but everyone in our party found something they wanted.

Regular Mexican food and decent margaritas (a half pitcher had about 4 drinks). New to the area and still hoping for Mexican that is a little better. After waitress took our order she never came back, we finally paid at the desk (no one told us this was how it’s done). Probably won’t return.

Did a to go order from here the other night. Ordered a small queso, Combo # 9… which comes with a taco, burrito, and enchilada. Side of rice and beans. My taco was missing. I called and they said they forgot to bag it. My husband went back and they gave him 2 tacos instead of the one to fix their mistake. Food was really good. Beans were a bit cold, but other than that I enjoyed everything! I will be ordering again soon or checking out the dine in experience possibly. 🙂

Really good Mexican food and great service. I love the new location in the strip mall on the other side of the parking lot. The nachos were good but not the best in town. I still think Papas and beer has better nachos. But I would still stop by Mr Salsas any time I’m in the area.

50/50 Sometimes it’s great sometimes it’s not, Usually order burrito fundidos and for the price it’s a lot of food and taste great. This time I ordered Chori Pollo and it was more expensive and got less food plus had to pay extra for tortillas and normally comes with this dish everywhere else. So Just be careful on what you order but I’ll still go back.
