It was an up and down experience here. The service was top tier, prompt and accommodating. The atmosphere was as good as could be expected for what’s essentially a sports bar. The variance came with the food. They were out of soft tortilla shells, so no quesadillas, which I really wanted for our starter. Then the Daytona sauce on the wings just didn’t cut it for me. The naked wings were great, though. The chili cheese tater tots were only so so, and the drinks were the same, along with the cheesecake…but the fried shrimps were absolutely perfect. I probably could find myself back here for the shrimps and naked wings on an off day with nothing to do.

The food……… disgusting now! What happened to the old sauce?!? The fries tasted like they were cooked in week old grease and the chicken smelled horrible.
So sad! Especially considering they were my #1 wing place!!

Allen, thank you for brightening up my day with your EXCELLENT customer service. I am pleasantly pleased and will definitely be back!!! I appreciate your customer service skills!! I really do hate writing bad reviews for restaurants but this one pissed me off! My wife ordered the family some food for pick up today. She’s pregnant and this is what she was craving. So I went to pick up the food. I walked in and a table of waitresses were all sitting and did not stop their conversation to even acknowledge me. Someone from the back finally came to greet me and asked me to follow her to pick up my order. I came home happy to furfill my wife’s craving and to my surprise ALL OF THE FOOD WAS COLD. I’m talking cold like it was made for someone else and they didn’t want to waste it so they gave it to me. We ordered fish and chips and my daughter the slider burgers… the food was incredibly greasy and it honestly looked like they didn’t care what’s so ever. I had onion rings and I only got 3 1/2 poorly fried onion rings. When I called to express my concern and to put in my request for the food to be remade fresh and not rushed and greasy, Madison (the manager she claimed) rudely interrupted me and immediately said that she would just give me my money back! Completely turned off and absolutely unacceptable. Never again

5/23 Hooters of Conyers, Ga. Gotta go with 5 stars. Smoked and baked wings. Excellent taste, not saturated with oil or seasoning! Habanero had a kick and onion rings are good. LI iced tea hit the spot while waiting. Madison the bartender and order taker was on point. Great service.

If you’re looking to go site seeing for some “HOOTERS” , you found the right place. If you you’re looking for a clean, well up-to-date, professionally ran establishment, go to a real sports bar because this is not it. The menus do not match the items served. It’s so bad that they even have a mini menu list of wings that they no longer serve.
My waitress at the bar was completely incompetent… I gave her my to-go order three times. Got back to my hotel room and still received the wrong wing and shrimp order. Maybe if she paid more attention to my order and less attention to pen that was sticking out of breast that she constantly tried bringing attention too, just maybe she would’ve gotten them order correct!

When the waitresses take a break from waiting on all their tables and gather around the table next to yours so that they can eat the Papa John’s Pizza they had delivered, it says something about the leadership culture of the establishment.

It was the worst hooters i have ever tried. Curly fries were undercooked, wings were NOT extra crispy, it was just burnt, just burnt, hard, unchewable, pieces of wood. I had to throw away almost everything.

I’m originally from Florida, so you could say “I know Hooters”. I’ve been there so many times in the past, I couldn’t even begin to count. I can say that I’m disappointed that they took the “Hooters salad” off the menu. Another thing that disappointed me was the fact that Hooters is no longer making their buttermilk ranch Dressing, instead, they have the little packets/cups of store bought ranch. Which, by the way…sucks!!! As much as Hooters charges for the food, they go and cheaper up on things. Very disappointing. That ranch Dressing MADE the dish. Dipping wings and buffalo shrimp in it was so delicious. Now, without it, I’m not really sure there’s any real reason to go back.
