My order was made quickly and the flavor was the best I’ve ever had from a Chipotle! The restaurant was consistently busy, but the dining area was kept clean and refilled by the staff. The managers seemed to be doing a great job keeping everything in order! I will be coming here for lunch again!

I ordered a bean and rice bowl with avocado and corn. Also a bag of chips with guacamole. The chips were so stale they didn’t break, just bent up like a hunk of folded old tortilla. The guacamole was mostly a hunk of spoiled avocado. The bowl was OK, except that half way through I found i was. Sewing a plastic label from a hass avocado. I live an hour away so I wasn’t turning around to bring it back. I wasn’t given a receipt. However I can prove I was there because I used my card. I did try to contact the specific store but the on line service is automated so when I couldn’t mediately produce a receipt it ended the chat. I didn’t want to make this public but didn’t have a choice. Please fix this problem.

Ordered pickup last night around 9:45 after a LONG day. Ordered a steak bowl with a side of chips. They were out chips and informed me they can’t give me a refund and i have to do it online. Came home to find out they didn’t give me steak either! Tried getting a refund it online and all i was offered was a free drink. This is also the second time this has happened to me this month (first time happened at middleton location) Officially done with chipotle. Qdoba would never.

Do NOT COME HERE THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE! The server literally got upset due to me asking her to switch gloves due to her gloves being dirty. I asked for individual containers for my different sides which she proceeded to be aggressive. My containers are all messy due to her not changing her gloves. Then she smashed my bowl in the bag and gave off a smirk. Chipotle do better! The aggression was not called for. Paid over $40 for two meals! This is unacceptable

Hurts when you go somewhere for some comfort and a pick me up, but you get put down. Stale salty chips, no guac on the bowl, no silverware. No veggies on anything. We were excited:( going to culvers ice cream for a pick me up.

First one star I’ve given I think ever. Three in our party, nobody got lettuce because THEY WERE OUT OF LETTUCE! My wife pointed and asked if they had lettuce over at that OTHER station, which is located across from the regular prep bar the customers stand in front of when ordering. She was told “no, that lettuce is for the call-in orders”. Stupid answer. Then, since I was the last person in my party getting my bowl choices, I asked for cheese and guacamole. The girl building my bowl then put easily a pound of shredded cheese on and blopped on a pile of guac kind of in one movement. My wife and daughter were both watching this happening, the three of us said GEEEEEZZZZ as she quickly put the cover on it. It would’ve probably removed half of the veggies in the bowl had she tried to remove some of the cheese, so I figured I would take it as it is. I’m sure my eye rolling and head shaking was seen by several workers.
Place was NOT very clean either, food shreds in the prep area, just generally messy. I should’ve turned around and left, but it was already late and I just wanted my meal. But we won’t be back.

Ordered online, didn’t put the bag on the counter for me to pickup because the chick up front was too worried about taking friggin selfies the bags were piled up on the back counters, guacamole was split all over the bag and also didn’t leave forks/spoons in bag. Worst experience ever. Did not givee my chips either which I ORDERED WITH the guac from the website, how stupid can you be?!?!?!

Please please please teach your employees how to wrap a burrito. I could not eat half of mine because of how it was wrapped. Tell your employees to watch a YouTube video on it or something but yeah I basically wasted my money on the guach since it all spilled out because as I stated.. the employee wrapped it so bad I’ve never seen something like it before. I was looking as it happened and I will be asking to do it myself next time im here.
