I’ve done food reviews for awhile and trust me when i say this place was not what I expected the lady who is the general manager had an attitude when asking. For extra things and the the food was horrible it wasn’t fresh and the service was poor and rude didn’t even give use a receipt… the lobby was dirty we had to clean our own table..just cause the health inspector was there they took time to ignore there customers.. and order took long then we expected… I would go to another kfc if u want better service

We bought a 3 pc chicken tender meal, and for $12 something I’d expect far better than what we got. The chicken clearly sat too long in the warmer, and was dry, and barely warm, not to mention small. The potatoes and gravy were at least warmer , and we’re your typical fast food. I called the manager and she seemed nonchalant about this issue, didnt apologize, or offer to take these cardboard strips back and replace them. She just said okay and hung up. Pathetic customer service and I guarantee you they are still serving that dried out, barely warm chicken. Don’t go there!

I ordered food online. It said 20 to 30 minutes to pick up. We ger there, stand in line forever with no one helping us. They are not busy. Then they finally help us and we had to wiat longer to get the food. It was 1 hour from the time we ordered before we left to go home and finally eat.

Came here 10/3/2025 8:45pm to the south store and the lobby was closed they said it closed at 8. Then she immediately had me park as a doordash driver. She was parking every car and when i said that it wasn’t very nice she said she didn’t care. It was a lady with glasses and a southern accent incase the owner cares. Very unprofessional place.

Ordered at drive-thru (6/3/2024) the 8 piece meal with 2 large sides of Mac and cheese. Opened and started eating the 1st Mac and cheese and it was seriously dry and barely lukewarm. Out of curiosity, we opened the 2nd and it was normal in appearance and temp. Not sure where they found this container of Mac and cheese to throw in the bag, but they certainly should know proper food handling, especially one that contains milk and cheese. I will never go to this KFC again. This is totally unacceptable.

I recommend going to the other KFC they cook the food way better then these people and way better staff I admit you do have to wait sometimes the food other on elizabeth, this is way better than this chicken here.

My family and I drove thru the North store, and here is my son‘s order of a three-piece chicken tenders. There was no receipt and they also didn’t give us the biscuits for a 12 piece bucket meal nor any KFC sauce as requested when they acknowledged they can do so. We have always been KFC fans, and this is such a letdown and a deterioration in service and food quality!
