Few months back they took this bell behind the shed and showed her the last proper burrito in the land.
Have gone to this bell for over 15 years. Has been consistently one of the best. When they changed ownership… Well.. i’ll let the rest of the review relay that information. Unreal entitled staff, will close before their designated hours, along with them changing owners and now being one of the most taxed via menu prices throughout the entire state. Obviously ya don’t expect much from one of these establishments but atleast finish the damn night out. Has been time and time again with this bell where now they definitely need some honest acknowledgement

This location USED to be the best taco bell in west michigan (IMO)! Been a loyal customer to this location for years, however, since the new owner took away the breakfast menu and surged prices %30 higher SOMEHOW the quality of your food has gone down hill, A LOT. The meat for example smells like death… not fresh at all, it smells sour/spoiled. I have tried to give this location time to “iron out their kinks” but I have lost all hope and you guys have lost my business along with MANY others! Sad that locals now have to travel to another city for taco bell in general!

Solid employees, new management raised prices about 30%. Every taco bell but this one is reasonably priced. This one charged as much as the taco bell IN NYC. They also took away TBell breakfast. Sad to see. They also don’t really ever get vegetarian orders right.

Went here on a Saturday at midnight and got some of the most out of character service from this particular Taco Bell. Usually I have no issues but this time, well I think the picture speaks for itself. That’s a ‘crispy taco’ Would you want to eat that? They also only filled up our sauce cups halfway. Super cheap when I spent almost $40.

Asked for a water, I was told my some long haired kid on nights they cannot provide water. It’s actually illegal not to provide safe drinking water to customers, and water from a tap must be free. I specifically came here for nachos for a water and had the kid tell me no water after the purchase.

They’ll proudly serve you food with meat even when you order correctly without meat. I’ve been vegetarian my whole life, ordered my food correctly – beans instead of meat – yet my order was wrong. Took a bite and realized I had chicken tacos instead of bean tacos. I took my whole order back, the staff member at the register was very nice and offered a few extra items from the menu to make it right, which I declined. But the manager or lead crew member was very nonchalant about the error, threw some beans on the taco shells, wrapped it up and gave it back. No apology and was essentially dismissed. If you’re veg, do not recommend.

I love Taco Bell to begin with but throughout my current pregnancy Taco Bell is the only thing that ever sounds good. I am at this location so much I am on a first name basis with the employees lol I literally never leave Google reviews but they are all seriously so kind and personable that I feel like I needed too. The food is always good and quick

I used to love coming to this location, to the point where the staff knew my name and order. However with no breakfast and insane price increases I can not come here. My order is always correct and fresh but when I can get the same product for half price 10-15 minutes away I’ll make the trip. Hope some of these issues can be resolved.
