The drive thru was so quick and easy! They were super friendly. I also messed up my order, and they quickly fixed it for me at the window without issues. The food was hot and fresh.

I almost want to avoid mc Donald’s anymore due to the fact they are so disconnected from the customer, and now worried about numbers. Went thru in the morning to get me breakfast. No one behind me. Paid at the first window then went to the second window. They gave me my food, then told me to pull up to the THIRD window for my coffee. When I asked how long it was going to be, she said “about a min”. Mind you, no one behind me. Had me go to the third window just to make their drive thru times “better”. That is classic cheating the system. Whatever, I’ll play. Until I went thru another time a ordered a large tea with no ice and then a large cup of ice. At the second window, I was given my tea and a medium cup half full of ice. When I didn’t leave, they opened the window to acknowledge me, and I asked if this was a large cup of ice. The worker then turned around and said “she wanted a large cup of ice”. Another said “have her pull up to the THIRD window”. REALLY?! The workers can’t fill a cup of ice and hand it out? Once again, cheating the drive thru times. From now on, if my order is not correct, or I have to wait, I’m not pulling up. Y’all going to have to eat those times. You waste my time, I’ll waste yours.

Great service and friendly workers. I always choose this McDonalds when I go because it’s convenient location and great service. The drive through gets your order together quickly and always remember napkins and condiments for your meal. The dine in service is even better! Clean bathrooms and dining area. The drink station, and condiment dispenser are always clean a full! I highly recommend this McDonalds! Also the mobile app makes things quick and easy and you can also save a little cash while you’re at it!

Ordered food and drink. Drink had a fruit fly and went in to exchange the drink for a new one brought it to there attention about the fly and that all i would like is just a new drink and literally it took way longer than it should and no one wanted to even come up front. you could see a few of the workers just talking in the back and when I thought I was going to get a new drink I was told by the front cashier she is only one person. Service is not great there… people are nice but service is not great.

1 star is pushing it as this will also be a phone call to corporate. My order was handed to the wrong person, no biggie, except i watched said person eat on the fries and touch everything in the bag while waiting on their actual order. when mentioning this to the staff member who brought it to her manager, Brooke, attention whom proceeded to do nothing about it. i was given the same bag with the same half eaten fries touched by fingers who were god knows where.

The fry was supposed to be a large but maybe a Medium at best. If the employees weren’t gossiping their back line would’ve been swept too. Minor mistakes. Besides that the food seems fresh and definitely warm.

Stopped at 11 am on Saturday Oct 25 2025… Ordered 2 sausage McMuffins and 2 drinks. Sat in line for 20 minutes… Lady taking the order was rude and rushing ppl for there orders but yet here everyone is waiting 15 plus minutes for simple food. This store in Batesville is a joke and need to get ppl that know what they are doing… Working fast food does not take much skill. Plus sandwiches came out cold

Giving this restaurant a 1 star is pushing it.. I don’t know what has happened to this mcdonald’s but it was absolutely awful! Ive tried over and over again to go there with my family just to wait 45 minutes to 55 minutes just for a iced french vanilla latte coffee then they act like they dont know how to make it, my family and I went there to eat dinner Friday night we waited over an hour to get our food and then was messed up when we finally got it. Everything was cold and stale.. then they got crappy because it was cold and wrong not our fault.. I really hope this mcdonald’s gets better! But I dont see it happening!!
