I’m a regular customer, and most of the time, I use the app to order as I did this time. Your store is not the only one to do this to me. It’s looking like a pattern, and I have left comments on those stores as well. I presume that I should have just contacted the corporate customer service with this matter, but I’m doubtful it would give me any more comfort than “I hope you’ll give us another try”. How about you prorate my order?

Love the new employees they hired, very personable and overall sweet people.
Don’t know if this is standard for their tacos, or if these have been sitting in a puddle of oil for too long. $1 for 2 tacos when ordering through the app is a price that can’t be beat, so I’m not upset.
Coke freestyle machines keep me coming back. They never seem to skimp on syrup, so it’s always flavorful. Try the lime coke if you haven’t already.

My food here made me sick, and this was after they messed up my order the first time, customer service was non-existent. They fixed my issue but spending 30 minutes at Jacks for two small burgers isn’t really fast food.
