Always get either the Ruben or the turkey. I tried the roast beef and to be honest with you wasn’t that good portion sizes were small also. Unless you pay for extra.the potato cakes are excellent. I think the cost was $329 for three and they are much better than McDonald’s. I’ve never been inside. I’ve always gone through the drive-thru so I can’t tell you about the inside, also, I always go on a Sunday which is kind of slow. I believe traffic is a lot better. The other thing is getting back going home is harder. You have to go through the parking lot at McDonald’s and then sit there and wait for the traffic to clear up. But that’s not a big deal. I’ll just have to worry about it.

If i could give 0 stars I would this place always screws up my order . Be prepare, did you have to check your order before you leave the drive through or the building. Management sucks and gives all kinds of excuses as to why they screwed up your order. But never does anything to correct the issues and whatever you do, don’t expect the aju.Sauce, when you get your fridge, dip sandwich.Because they just don’t like giving it you the sauce even though it’s supposed to go with if you doordash, be prepared to only get somebody else’s order

Went to the drive thru to get a couple sliders for a snack. Was in complete shock that the once dollar menu item was now almost 6.50. Confused at how an item jumped so much in price I just googled the subject figuring I can’t be the only one who has noticed this. After a little bit a research I discovered that online on Arbys website if you order from the same location they are 2.99. How can an item be both 2.99 and 6.50 that’s litterally a more than double price difference. It definitely gave me a weird vibe that someone is trying to scam. Because they were other items on the menu with a ove 100% price difference.

The air looked cloudy and it smelled strongly of Arby smoke when I visited; it felt like they just had a minor kitchen fire and decided to carry on as usual. No one opened a window or door (other than the drive-through) to ventilate since it was cold outside, I guess. Food was still classic Arby’s.

Okay so full disclosure, I don’t eat fast food out a lot. However, I am one of those people that actually enjoys McDonald’s. I think most the time while of course it’s not great food, McDonald’s is hot, tasty, and filling. Aside from that, the only other fast food place I generally will go is Taco Bell or Chick-fil-A. Again, these are restaurants that generally are pretty good at providing consistently hot food that taste good and is filling.
Obviously I appreciate In-N-Out Burger but they’re also nowhere near here.
This is the first time I have been to Arby’s in years. I went because it’s veterans Day and they were offering a free roast beef sandwich. Full disclosure. I would actually love to have gone to Red Lobster. Probably the best choice for lunch for a veterans Day meal but I just didn’t have the time.
When I came in the restaurant was obviously in disarray and dirty. You could tell the people working behind the counter were not with it, and struggling and it wasn’t that busy. I waited in line for at least 7 minutes in a very not crowded restaurant, then I asked the person behind the counter if I could have the veterans Day free roast beef sandwich, some jalapeno poppers, and a soda. I always purchase something I’m not going to just take free you food.
The sandwich was okay. Actually the poppers were probably better. What I thought was really sad was there was a gentleman there who was I think getting a refill or something who was also a veteran and he was told that they didn’t have the free veterans food by whoever served him earlier.
If you’re going to do veterans specials, which is awesome you should, you should also make sure all of your people know about it.

The service was a little slower than expected but then again you know the food is fresh and not sitting under warming lights or other devices. The food was excellent as expected and reasonably priced.

This place NEVER gives me any sauces when I place an online order for pickup or delivery. I almost always have to drive back for them. I shouldn’t have to remember to ask for them. They should add them to the bag or ask all customers if they want them. This happens EVERY time.

Meh. Arby’s hasn’t been a great value for as long as I can remember, and the last several years have made already-too-high prices even higher. Still, the staff were prompt, polite, and immediately moved to correct a minor problem. The interior, including restrooms, was clean, despite this location being very near to I-5, and the restroom doors being unlocked.
Atmosphere-wise, I liked the honesty of the past, when hard plastic booths let you know that the place you were in was no fine dining establishment. This place is decorated like it’s trying to catch up to McDonald’s “let’s all pretend this is actually an urban coffee shop” vibe, which does nothing for me personally.
Still, it’s Arby’s, so the food is hot, and there’s Arny’s sauce.

Horrible Arby’s $33 for 2 steak.nugget meals with fries that weren’t even full and a drink that ended up being a flavorless root beer because they didn’t change the bag out. Really waste of money and time.

It was clean, which is great, but the hand sanitizer by the door was empty and I couldn’t get a worker’s attention for the restroom code so I wasn’t able to clean my hands before eating. Food was fine. Music was LOUD, even with dining room pretty full. Service was adequate. No bell to ring if service was great like other Arby’s have – not that I’d have rung it for this.
