My guy had the Ray burrito and loved it! The biscuit & gravy was really good! My eggs were slightly cooked, the hash browns were ok, the pancake was tough. Had to cut it with a knife, couldn’t cut it with a fork. Was not impressed after all the great things I had heard about this place. I would try again & just order something different.
Let’s go over the positives: customer service while placing a to go order over the phone was top notch. Once I got inside I was greeted by someone that I thought worked there but he was just a friendly customer! The lady that rang me up was friendly as well. My order was correct and cooked as I asked.
Negatives: the food was bland. Nothing had any stand out flavors. I can’t explain it, the food was prepared fine but for example the hash browns were just basic no flavor besides fake butter flavoring, the eggs cooked nice but meh, bacon meh, the pancake was totally tasteless. Are they afraid to season/flavor the food? I get having to add Extra salt etc but they should at least try some meal was $18.90
Our server (Tammy) was great!
My family and I absolutely love Blueberry Cafe! We always make sure to get here early on weekends because the line can get long fast, which tells you how popular this place is.
Pro-Tip for Visiting: Be smart and call ahead! They offer call-ahead seating, which is a lifesaver, but remember it has to be within 30 minutes of your scheduled arrival. Plan accordingly!
️ Food & Portions:
The portions here are extra generous—come hungry! The food is outstanding, but be warned: the pancakes are truly enormous. Seriously, you might need a box.
• Average Plate Price: Expect to pay around $15–$20 per platter at the time of this review, which is excellent value given the amount of food you receive.
• Muffins: While I usually opt for a full platter (since it’s so much food!), I have to mention that their muffins are amazing too! They make a perfect treat to take home.
☕ Coffee & Drinks:
They offer great coffee options. The House Coffee is a satisfying dark brew. If you prefer something flavored, the Highlander Grogg is a delicious alternative.
✨ Vibe & Service:
The service is consistently quick and friendly, making you feel welcome the moment you walk in. It truly has that nice hometown, cozy atmosphere.
Bottom Line: What are you waiting for? If you’re looking for fantastic breakfast or brunch with huge, satisfying portions and a great local feel, you need to try Blueberry Cafe out. You’ll love it!
