We ordered from here a couple of days ago for 6 people to be deliveredand just now getting to do the review. Everything arrived as ordered, nothing missing or messed up. Like the places that put your name on each order so it’s easy to find which one is yours. The food was fresh, all was packed well and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. I built my own bowl with the honey chipotle chicken. It was very good, I recommend it. We will order from here again, we had a great experience.

I asked worker did they have more chicken and cheese because extra area the food looked dried out and been sitting for a while. I asked could I get fresher options and was given the nastiest attitude. I am very upset because it’s raining and I was expecting to eat a good meal. This Chipotle is great! Even during the snow/ice storm, as soon as it was able to, they were open and so pleasant! Although short staffed, they did a great job at communicating with guests and getting everyone their order in a timely manner!

This has always been my go-to chipotle. However, my most recent order and experience was very disappointing. Received 2 bowls via online order with only rice, beans, chicken, cheese, and sour cream despite ordering several more ingredients + paying for guacamole. I would suggest only ordering in person from this chipotle so you don’t get ripped off.

I’ve never had an issue at this location before, but this visit was a mess. The place looked clean when I walked in, so no complaints there. The problem started when I ordered my usual three crispy corn tacos. The waitress seemed checked out from the jump—she handled the meat, rice, and beans fine, but once it came to toppings, it was like she stopped listening. She barely added lettuce, cheese, corn, or sauce, and acted like she was just trying to rush through it. I tried to be patient, but it reached a point where I just said forget it, stood up, and walked out.
I won’t be returning. If you want good service, skip this spot and go to the location near Knox Avenue they actually pay attention to their customers.

Terrible service. Staff complained about how late they close when I came up to order, when the soda machine was all flat they came out to check it and taste it and just told me they didn’t have any sodas. I have worked with these machines before, and it isn’t some great inconvenience to simply switch a CO2 tank for these. They’re betting people won’t say something about this kind of thing but if the owner reads this, know that is what kills your business slowly and quietly. Terrible all around. All the food was old and dry, the staff were standing around scrolling on their phones behind the counter with their service gloves on. Won’t be eating here ever again. And this is not the only location with this same exact problem.

I ordered through the app verses walking in & ordering in person.
I think this bowl turned out better than it does when I point!!
It was busy with people in person & waiting. A group of us stood to the side while an amazing angel shouted out names. The room cleared out as we all scrammed to grab our goods.
I will 100% use the app again for how easy it was. This location is GREAT.

The staff that work here has to be the most rudest people ever I come to the location often and I always get the same thing and they only give me a little bit of stuff I asked for a little extra rice cause they gave me half a scoop. She got mad and said she was gonna charge me. and if you ask for sauce and the side they do charge you they always have an attitude and are always greedy

The chicken is mashed and dry. The food area is just dirty. The race is overcooked.. They are too busy they give you little quantity of food compared to the right quantity in other locations.. the Worst lunch I was disgusted I wasted my $10. And I really wanted chipotle after a very long time probably will stop eating it after These bad experiences.
