I only get to a Krystal about once a year, when traveling, none where I live. This was a great location. Only used the drive-thru. We waited for a little, but we knew they were making everything fresh. The Diet Coke was a bit sweet, Thought we got the wrong drink. While waiting we asked the attendant, she poured a small cup of diet and said try this. Confirmed that their Diet Coke is a bit sweet. The 3 bacon n cheese, 2 cheese 2 chixs and a fry. All nice and hot and made just right. Thanks for making my yearly visit just perfect!

They’re little tiny burgers that have big flavor. We get them with cheese because cheese is good. We drove an hour to eat Krystals burgers. The drive through girl was pleasant and I’m sure we’ll be back again the next time we’re craving Krystals. We bought a 24pack.

I ordered through the app, spent 63 dollars. Ordered a combo of 12 Krystals and 20 pc chicken nuggets; i forgot to customize the krystals for no onions because we are allergic. I tried to call numerous times and left 3 voicemails letting them know. I get there to pick up order, I asked if they got my messages and was told they do not have a phone! Why dont they have a phone?? I also ordered 3 Krystal chicks and the bread has white spots like it’s getting ready to start molding. To top of it, my 20 piece nuggets wasn’t even in the bag. We went back and were told that it wasn’t on the screen, and the lady had to call her boss on her personal cell phone to make sure she could honor what I paid for because it wasn’t on their screen! Purchased on 1/20 around 7pm! I don’t know what or how you train your people and run business but this is not a way to keep customers. Ive gone to this particular location for over 20 years and I will never go back!!!! Worse experience ive had in a very long time..

****Straight terrible service! Took about 16mins for my order…First the lady kept trying to rush me ordering, I barely could get my order out. It was ridiculously rude! Then when we get to the window and she looks at me like she’s upset with me or something. So the first thing out her mouth is, the total and thats with a attitude, at this point im like jeez. I don’t say anything but notice I had order a large fanta instead or a medium, I go to tell her and she’s like, “mhmm”. Just as rude as she wants to be at this point! Basically I’ll just take the trip to the one not so close cause goodness. Just go home lady! Her name is “Keamore” on my receipt. Hoped your day got better smh

Ordered 2 12 pak sackful’s. Only car in line and she asked us to pull forward. The window serviced 7 other cars while we waited. After 21 minutes as my husband was getting out of the car an employee came to the door and said we’re working on your order. When it got to 35 minutes my husband went in. They were just finishing up our order. Bagged it handed it to my husband and said sorry we put 2 apple pies in for your wait. Very poor service. Sad because we usually stop at the Augusta location when traveling through but will definitely find a different location. After reading reviews regarding basically the same things you would think Krystal would make efforts to correct the problem instead of repeating the same apology with no action.

Waited 20 minutes for a double cheese Krystal combo with onion rings. Food was ok but no explanation why it took so long . Especially because at the time there was only one car in front of me.
Service was indifferent. They could have at the least interacted a little so I would have at least known what was going on. Onion Rings were fine but the price for the meal was higher than expected. I probably could have gotten a little better quality and service someplace else for that price.

Just tried to order at Krystal and there was only one person working. The person in front of us had been waiting over 45 minutes in the drive-through. we left and so did several cars behind us because I let them know it was only one person working. Shouldn’t you just close the store if you only have one person working?
