Now I remember why I stopped coming to sonics. I’ve been sitting her for over a half hour to 45 min for my food and when it finally comes its totally wrong. 1 plain triple sonic smasher, and 1 double sonic smasher plain. What part of plain don’t they understand. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT EVEN LONGER FORVTHEM TO REMAKE MY ORDER.

We had 3 of these restaurants in the area about 12 years ago and then they all closed. Thankfully one has reopened and I can enjoy their great drive-in food and drink choices again. Pretty good deals when you use their app too. Their burgers are good but I am a big fan of the chili cheese dog and tots.

You really charge for 2 cups of ice? Not only that but the lady infront ordered food and they didnt pull her up when it took forever to relieve our order which was just drinks.

The amount of time to get food is astronomical. Placed an online order at 12:31. The app said my food would be ready by 12:37. I check into a stall by 12:35. I did not receive my food until 12:52. I ordered a chili dog meal and a corn dog. If they were busy, I’d be a little more understanding. This is also not the first time my food has taken forever. The only saving grace was that most of my food was super fresh. The tots were a little stale but not too bad. They unfortunately never seem too busy. I wish the service was better, but I don’t see them lasting to long, unless things change.

I have been waiting for a HOUR, still waiting on my food. With screaming hungry kids. Never again!! After a hour and 15 minute wait they came out with the food and no drinks!! We live 7 minutes away from sonic the fries and food felt like it had been sitting there that whole time!! And not to mention the smash burger looked like someone smashed it up before they gave it to me. 50$ down the drain. My kids never complain and they have done nothing but complain. We had to microwave all our food! Ridiculous

Mad, went there ordered a large meal was given a small fry. Paid extra for a 3 oz cup of cheese and it was definitely not even close. Terrible even waited 20+ minutes. No wonder they closed the fiest time.

1st: wireless system wouldn’t work.
2.- 25 min waiting for a couple hotdogs and fries. We parked and sat on the table next to our car, but we saw several drivers after us being served before us, even the ones that got to the drive-thru 10 mins after we got here and order before them.
3.- order came incomplete. Had to wait another 10 mins after we to get the rest of the food.
4.- fries look, taste and feel like they have been cooked days before and re-heated.

Our Sonic closed for awhile and I really missed their cherry limeades! They recently opened back up and my husband and I have already been there several times to get, you guessed it, cherry limeades! We also like the foot long Coney dog with chili and the Chicago dog. Great place for fast, good food!

I was hoping that when this location temporarily closed and then opened under new owners, the experience would be better.
We waited in the drive thru line for 37 minutes for 3 mini Sonic Blasts. Once we got to the window, we waited another 10 minutes between paying and getting our order.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first experience like this since it reopened but it will be our last.

Waited almost a full half hour for food, and they were not busy at all. Every time I go there it’s an insanely long wait, even if you placed your order ahead of time in the app.
