Excellent açaí bowl. Their base is just as good as island vintage’s. They have the best granola out of all the açaí places I’ve tried. The fruits they used were extremely fresh & they use local organic honey.

Haleiwa Bowls is one of those spots that just hits the right vibe the moment you walk up. Super relaxed, beachy atmosphere, friendly crew, and bowls that taste like someone actually cares about what they’re serving. The fruit is always fresh, portions solid, and the blends come out smooth, not watery like in some tourist traps. It’s a bit busy at peak hours, but the line moves fast and the wait is worth it. Perfect place to grab something light before heading to the beach or cruising around the North Shore.

We visited Haleʻiwa Bowls on a Sunday morning around 10 AM, and it was packed — clearly a very popular spot! The outdoor seating area is super nice, surrounded by plants and trees, giving it a very natural and relaxing vibe. You’ll even see chickens wandering around, which adds to the authentic Hawaiian atmosphere.

We first ordered a large $16 bowl to share, and it was so fresh and delicious that we actually went back and ordered two more small bowls afterwards. The flavors were natural, refreshing, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The place attracts people of all ages, but we noticed a lot of young people hanging out and enjoying their bowls.

Overall, we loved the experience and would definitely come back. Fresh ingredients, great flavors, and such a cool, lively spot in Haleʻiwa. Highly recommended!

The store was hidden besides the coffee shop. Coming from the neighborhood bus stop made it seem like the store disappeared.
The acai bowl was flavorful, the right balance between icy and creamy. The birds in the area are fast and will pick up any droppings the moment they’re on the ground. There were no outside tables – just a few seats in the sun

Haleiwa Bowls – Fresh, Delicious, and Safe!
Stopped by Haleiwa Bowls and tried a bowl with a base of banana, peanut butter, and dates — and it was heavenly! Everything tasted super fresh and high quality. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. As someone who’s pregnant and extra cautious about eating raw foods, I really appreciated how safe and clean everything felt. Bonus: it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

This bowl hit the spot! Got the Hapa acai bowl, the fruit was all fresh and delicious. Got peanut butter on top which was a perfect addition. The large size goes fast! I really enjoyed the granola too. Atmosphere is cute, with chicken and birds roaming, hoping to get some stray dropped fruit

The best açaí bowls we’ve ever had! My husband and I visited while on vacation on Oahu and are from San Diego. Açaí bowls are super common in California, so we have had many over the years. This place is not only the best spot in Hawaii, but tops every bowl we’ve ever tasted. The staff was friendly and quick. The fruit and açaí were very fresh, the granola was incredible, and they even made sure the honey was put on under the toppings to help keep local bees at bay. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail sets them apart, and we’ll be dreaming about these bowls from here on out!

Went here after a recommendation. Locally owned & so good! I got the green bowl, all the fruits were ripe and fresh and the smoothie was the perfect consistency. Highly recommend!

Best acai bowl I’ve had on the island. Excellent portion size and everything in the bowl including the base is fresh. I’ve had bowls elsewhere on the island and the smoothie base is frozen, which is harder to eat as it doesn’t melt fast enough. The staff are so friendly and do a great job at making the bowls. A definite treat on a hot summer day.

These are THE BEST ACAI BOWLS in Hawaii. They have a bowl called the Local Bowl, and it has this acai puree that is just straight acai, not a smoothie at all, which literally tastes like ice cream or sorbet. There’s also poi in it which is such a weirdly good combination, and so delicious. The fruit was fresh and amazing, and even had papaya in it! The location is amazing, right in the cute downtown of North Shore, and right by the beach. The staff was super nice, very understanding and helpful when I asked about dairy in the bowls (no dairy and no added sugar!). The spot itself is all outdoors, with some benches in the shade. Not a whole lot of seating, but people really come and go fast so it’s not an issue. There’s plenty of parking in the area too. Also my bowl came in a matter of minutes, it was super speedy. I cannot emphasize enough how delicious and incredibly good this place is!!!!!
