Amazing Service and Atmosphere!
From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel so welcome. Anastasia, the hostess, greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we were seated quickly and comfortably. Our server, Ciarra, was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made great recommendations and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
What really stood out was how kind and upbeat everyone was — from the hostess stand to the kitchen staff passing by, every person we encountered radiated positivity. It’s clear this restaurant values not only great food but great people. We left feeling happy, appreciated, and already planning our next visit.

Ciarra was our waitress. It was our one year wedding anniversary. She wasn’t our waitress last year, but she definitely remembered us and she remembered exactly where we sat at that time. Food and “HER SERVICE AND HER SENSE OF URGENCY TO HER CUSTOMERS” became the highlight of the night. We even talked about her on the way home. Food was very delicious and cooked to perfection. We will definitely continue going back there. Thank you Ciarra and thank you, Red Lobster!

Our server, Ciarra, was awesome! Very articulate and pleasant! The food was delicious! The shrimp Alfredo was very cheesy and saucy! Drinks were great! The margarita flight- delicious! Berry sangria-great!

The food was great, but Ciarra really made our experience outstanding and enjoyable. Ciarra went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of while we were dining. She not only greeted us at the front door, but she also seated us and took care of our food order. For us, Ciarra was the face of Red Lobster and really made for a great overall experience making it well worth our drive from Erie, PA. Prior we have not eaten at a Red Lobster for over three years but based on our experience with Ciarra and the great food we will be making frequent trips to Ashtabula to dine at Red Lobster.

2/4/26 Was presented with bill for $74.68. Gave the waitress a gift card for $75 which I had asked before we ordered if they accepted it. She came back and said it wouldn’t work and I had to call a number because she couldn’t, her name wasn’t on it? She stated the manager had tried it, I was disappointed he never came out.
I called the card company the next day and nothing was wrong with the card. They said they probably tried running it as a gift card instead of credit. Called the manager, he really didn’t care. Never got my birthday dessert either. It wasn’t the waitress’s fault, she wasn’t trained right and the manager couldn’t be bothered to try to figure it out. Won’t eat there again.
