I came in on Monday morning the 13th. It wasn’t busy at all. My review and rating is about the short and stout manager running the drive thru and front end. He lacked aby sort of customer service skills nor empathy for his crew. I learned his name was Nick.

His poor attitude started when I ordered at the counter. He seemed to rush me and visibly gave me a lpokmup and down which made me uncomfortable. He then walked away mid transaction without saying anything. I paid and was just waiting. When he he retrned he had an iced coffee I had ordered that was mostly cream, I’m not even sure of there was coffee in it. He never gave nor offered my reciept. After I got my food- I asked for ketchup and mentioned the large container on the counter was just liquid- he did nothing about it.

As I was eating in the lobby, an associate came in and started working. Instead of greeting her, he started yelling at her loudly and threatening her job. He swore more than once. He walked away. She was visibility upset. The man in the grill came to comfort her and the manager came back up, I could hear him say if youre going to cry you can leave. And some other very rude things.

Regardless of if this employee was being disciplined, given a last warning- whatever the case may be- she is human and this is a place of employment. As a member of management you praise in public and criticize in private. You treat someone with common decency and respect. You certainly do not swear at them. You should not be hostile towards an employee that you are expected to train and guide. You should set the example. I was disgusted with the way he treated her.

Do yourself a favor, if it’s nighttime find a different BK to order at. Evening service here is usually bad. I’ve stopped here on the way home a few times.

Around 8:05pm Jan 7th, We ordered at the drive through. Got the dryest woman on the planet, low-key had an attitude when we slipped up and ordered a large shake.

But what was really bad was watching that same rude woman cough into her gloveless fist in front the checkout and then quick rinse the hand, and shake it dry.

Hygiene please!

A mildly rude worker is meh but still ok, she was probably tired ~ and the runny unmixed shake is forgivable, but don’t cough/sneeze into your fist and then barely wash your hand. Just nasty.

Or at the very least don’t do so in front of customers.

As for the food: burger was cold and dry probably had been sat there for hours, shake was runny and filled too high, sandwich had wilted soggy lettuce, and the fries were floppy.

If I didn’t live so far away, I would have taken it all back. Done with this place for a while, I’d rather spend more for Dairy Queen, same flavor + better prepared food + better customer service.

Probably one of the worst Burger King ever. Not that busy but still sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes. Wasn’t a big order but sat and watched one person work while the other 2 just chatted it up. Got a chicken wrap, took 1 bite and threw it away. I think they found the chicken on the floor from last week.

We purchased a 20 dollar coupon order in which we were given 3 fries. All 3 fries were made with VERY OLD OIL!!! Those fires were nasty no one was able to eat them so we threw them away without even wanting an exchange however I called the place and the manager answered had no sympathy nor empathy towards loyal paying customer. These are the kind of people sitting behind the counter doing who knows what to your food. Very disappointing since we never had issues before. Hope management makes the necessary changes

Last time they had no carbonation but the lady behind the counter told me before I ordered on the kiosk, so I just ordered food and stopped on the way home for drinks. Whatever.
Went again today and ordered through the kiosk and paid. When I entered a toy for the kids meal they were out so they offered a cookie that wasn’t there when I got home. I paid $2 for a bucket to be added. When I asked about it she said there aren’t any of those either. I ask what about the $2 I paid and she says sorry, nothing can be done since you paid at kiosk. Another lady got someone else to come up to the counter and refund me the $2. Got home and found that another large fry, cost is $3.79 on the receipt, is also not there. Walked in about 1:20 & waited so long to get the refund that food was cold at home, left there 2:00. It took longer to get refund for out of stock item that kiosk was still selling than for incomplete order to be filled. They handed me cups for drinks that had to be filled at drive through service because lobby machine was out of regular Coke and regular Dr Pepper. The people there tried to be accommodating but using the kiosk is horrible. At least if I’d ordered at the counter a human could’ve told me what wasn’t available in case I needed to alter my order. This would also have prevented the 30 min wait to get back $2 & most likely prevented an entire large fry from being missed. Burger King has a website to contact support that starts a text chat with a bot that doesn’t work and their survey part of that site is not available. So this leaves me only with a poor review to help others learn to avoid the kiosk. For me, I’ll go to McDonald’s.

I’m here at this location as we speak. Waited for Nina to take our order for maybe couple of minutes. We seen the kiosk at the register so we figured we use it. Long story short, we didn’t see our order on the Order Screen so we got a little worried. The person who ordered after us on the kiosk behind us received her food before us as too! So that flagged me to get Nina’s attention. When I did get her attention she wasn’t too happy I stopped her from doing what she was doing. THEN she says they didn’t receive our order, it was just sitting in the Que waiting to be picked up. We waited over 6 minutes for NOTHING. THEN….. she says it’s going to be awhile because we order LUNCH ITEMS. Regardless if we order lunch or not, we shouldn’t have to be waiting this amount of time. Especially if there’s not one in the drive through or dinning room. Nina then said, she’s the only one working in the morning. Well, that sounds like a MANAGEMENT problem not a CUSTOMER problem. I hate to be a Karen this early in the morning but this is VERY UNACCEPTABLE! If I was a secret shopper, BK12775 would FAIL!

Had a small issue with my receipt and the manager came and fixed the issue with no problem and even compensated me for the time it took to fix the problem. Will definitely be going back to this BK bcuz they obviously care about their job and take pride in doing it. Thank you and keep up the good work!!!!

I went in the drive thru to Pickup some French fries and the fries tasted really bad. They need to Change the oil, you can taste the old oil from the fries. Heck you can even smell them. So please let them know that oil is bad!

We’ve given this BK 4 chances to do right and all 4 times they’ve screwed up. The last time we ordered through Postmates and, instead of sending the Whopper brisket burger, they sent a Whopper Jr. I’ve tried calling several times at different hours and no one answers the phone and there’s no option to leave a message.

I placed my order online and arrived well before closing… both the app and website clearly showed this location closed at 1:00 AM. I got there at 12:10 AM, but when I pulled up, I was told the store was already closed.

To make things worse, I wasn’t offered any apology or understanding, just told to “reach out through the app” for a refund. This was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time.

If your store is going to close early, update your hours so customers don’t get misled. Terrible experience.
