Visited on 10/12/25 about 5pm. The restaurant is very clean and new! There was no wait and we sat immediately. Our server was excellent and changed a station on a TV so we could see the football game we were watching without even being asked. The food came out in under 5 minutes and was excellent. We had a small issue with one order and the made it right immediately. A truly great dining experience when compared to how sometimes restaurants these days make you feel like you are cattle being herded.

We have been eating at Hacienda for a very long time. Today for Valentine’s Day I tried the Braised Short Rib. My goodness the meat was so tender just melt in your mouth. The mashed potatoes and salad just as delicious.

Excellent service from Jorbis! The margarita was fresh, and he recommended a variety of dishes from the special menu, especially the house molcajete, which was divine. He was attentive and helpful, making sure our drinks were always full and refilling them as soon as he saw we needed more. My husband was very happy with his service; he’s an excellent waiter. We would definitely come back again, and we hope he serves us again. Blessings!
