We had a great dinner at Halva. Their service was excellent and servers were very friendly. With its cozy atmosphere, we felt like we were in Turkey.
We had Halva mix family platter and piyaz. Everything was so delicious, but the chicken shish kebab (it was a bit lack of seasoning). While waiting for our food they brought us some mezze/salad and bread as complimentary. Portions are very well.
We also had katmer (pistachio leaves) with ice cream for dessert and it was full of flavor.
Strongly recommended!

The food was delicious. The presentation was different. The taste was good! Definitely leaving a craving for your taste buds. The people were incredibly beautiful and kind. And the music was perfect for the mood. Music like “Lean on Me,” “Tattoo, and “Thunder and Lightning” made me feel so comfortable and at home. I would definitely give it up 10 thumbs up!!! Go Turkey!

I had a great experience at Halva Mediterranean Restaurant. I was honestly amazed by the flavors. We ordered the mixed grill, the mezza, and the pistachio halva – everything was delicious. The food tasted fresh, well seasoned, and full of flavor.
Portions are very good and you leave feeling really satisfied.
The restaurant is on the smaller side, but the staff is amazing and very welcoming. Also, there is parking behind the restaurant, which makes it easy.
Overall, my experience was excellent and very pleasant. Highly recommend!

A compact place but has a warm atmosphere. We had lamb shish kabob and Beyti kabob, and they were high quality with large portions. The price is good for the portion.

The food here was so amazing and fresh! Such a hidden gem. We tried the 3 Mezze Sampler (Hummus, Babaganoush, Yogurt Dip) (UPDATE: MUST GET THE MUHAMMARA DIP – It’s savory, seasoned perfectly and pair so well with the bits if walnuts in the dip) and the Triple Mix Platter and it was so delicious!! The pita was so soft and fluffy and paired well with the dips and we actually had alot of the dips leftover and so used it with the Triple Mix Platter to create mini wraps with the chicken, beef or lamb pieces and omg that combo is . The chicken, beef and lamb were all so tender and juicy. This is probably one of the best Mediterranean restaurants I’ve been to. The restaurant staff was so sweet as well.
✨️Recommendation✨️: Get the 3 Mezze Sampler with Muhammara, Yogurt Dip, and either the Hummus or Babaganoush (more earthy and grilled flavor than the hummus) and leave some of the dips to use it for the Adana Kebob and/or Chicken Kebob (beef was good too but out of the meats, the adana and chicken were the best imo).

Had a very satisfying meal today!
We had Babaganoush(eggplant yogurt), Cretan Mash, (Muhammara) for the mezze board. The eggplant is very creamy. The muhammara is very flavorful, smoky, nutty. Cretan tastes bit like pesto.
We had Liver Shish Kebab and Beyti Kebaba. Both are very fresh and flavorful.
The special Halva with pistachios is great. The semolina is super creamy and warm, and balanced well with the crunchy pistachio inside. The ice cream is very milky, goes perfectly with the cake.
We also tried Shalgam, a fermented turnip juice. It’s very savory. We mixed it with sparkling water, which tastes good.
The atmosphere is very relaxing, and service is great.

This is a superb place for Middle Eastern (Lebanese) food. Their $20 lunch special is tremendous value and will really fill you up. The servers and owner are super pleasant and make you feel right at home, wanting to come back. What a great place to have close to Watertown Square!

This converted diner adds a delicious Middle eastern and Turkish dining option for the Watertown area. The food is well presented and the staff polite. The dining area is somewhat crammed, and lunch counter seats comprise much of the seating, but that adds to the charm. Many rice and meat options are available for the main course, and the appetizers are healthful traditional Mideastern delicacies.
For someone who does not eat Turkish food often, I found this place as a real treat, as did my brother.
We found street parking not too far down but parking during busy hours might be an issue.

By far, I mean by far the BEST Turkish restaurant in Boston. Beyti is phenomenal. Muhammara, the complimentary meze, baklava – all very tasty. Topped with smiling service. Will become a regular for sure.

Wonderful atmosphere and service in this cozy Turkish restaurant. We enjoyed the cold appetizers (baba ghanoush & muhammara were excellent), the mixed grill full of delicious #halal assortment of meats and the beyti kebab was very filling. Do not miss the Chef’s Special Halva with Pistachios dessert!
Easy parking in the plaza behind the restaurant, call ahead for a table.
