I usually dont post reviews on fast food places but this particular Taco Bell has gone down hard and fast. Issues here were few and far between about a year+ ago and something needs to be said.
I work a late shift an usually am heading home from work and around midnight so occasionally Ill stop for something quick to eat. It seems like at this location once it passes like 10pm orders take forever and most of the time they are completely wrong like not even close!
Most recently a co-worker and I ordered food for delivery. About half the items were missing even though they were on the receipt. We ordered the missing items after getting a refund for the missing items from Grubhub and the bag we received had someone elses name and all the wrong items. Even HIS order was missing items that were on his receipt! Absolute joke! Its actually getting comical at this point!

They can’t even get a simple 3 taco supreme order correct. Another great experience from hospitality restaurant group that owns 18 of these taco bells and haven’t properly run them the last decade.

I have been to many restaurants let alone fast food locations. This restaurant was one of the most clean, welcoming, and very delicious! The operating manager Kenyetta was ann exemplary person and made my experience so pleasant. I will be coming back to this location for future cravings due to her genuine passion for her work.

I’m genuinely appalled by what I witnessed tonight at this Taco Bell location. I rolled up to the drive-thru couple hours ago only to find out that there was literally one single employee running the entire store. Yes, you heard that right: one person doing absolutely everything from the kitchen to the dishes to trying to manage customer service.
He declined service because it was just him.
This is not just inconvenient—it’s downright unfair and frankly feels like employee mistreatment, and dangerous. How can a major chain allow a single worker to be stranded like this, unable to even serve customers because they’re juggling every single task alone? It’s beyond ridiculous.
I’m writing this review not just to express how disappointed I am as a customer who couldn’t get service, but to shout loudly that this is a serious management and staffing failure. Nobody should have to do the job of an entire team alone, and it’s outrageous that corporate or management hasn’t addressed this.
I strongly urge whoever is in charge—whether it’s HR or upper management—to take immediate action. This is how you burn out good employees and ruin customer experiences. Let’s do better for the people who work here and for those of us who just want a meal without feeling like we’re watching a labor crisis unfold.

They recently did a renovation on this location. I was hopeful that better service would come with the improved facade. It didn’t. My most recent experience was only a few days ago. I ordered online around 10:30 AM. I arrived to find no one there despite an opening time of 9:00 AM.
This particular store is awful and it doesn’t seem that it will ever improve. The “owner” continually replies saying things like “this is unacceptable,” yet things have remained the same here for a couple of years. Do yourself a favor and DON’T GO HERE.

I don’t even have the right words to express how utterly terrible this Taco Bell is. Not only did we wait for 30 minutes at the drive thru – trapped, when I ordered I was asking about the cheesy Gordita crunch and if it was the hard taco with a soft taco on the outside, she said no. That’s a burrito. There’s no hard taco. I said then why is it called cheesy Gordita “crunch” – she said she didn’t know but I was looking for is called a double stack. I said okay and ordered two, and some chicken tenders. While waiting I looked up a cheesy Gordita crunch and it’s exactly what I wanted, the double stack is similar but with beans. Finally got the meal and the tacos I got had nacho cheese and bits of taco shells in it. The tacos were cold. I gave up on them and bit into the chicken tender and it literally broke in half like a rock. I had to throw them out. 30 minutes for no food. I’ve never had a worse eating experience but definitely another reason I don’t Taco Bell.

These guys literally just refuse to take orders if they dont feel like it. All I tried to order was a simple taco box with regular hard tacos and 2 drinks and they kept marking everything as “out of stock” so that way the system wouldnt see them canceling the order for no reason. Just lazy

Did a mobile order, get to the drive-thru and wait 20 minutes for 3 cars to get served. Despite that ordering ahead nothing was ready and I waited another 10 minutes for food. Drove 7 minutes home and most of the food was cold. How am I waiting 10 mins but my food isn’t even made fresh? Also why does every crappy Taco Bell trap you in their drive thru, it’s like they know the service sucks.

Lemme just say, this staff was looking out for me. Had a not so great experience at another location, never mentioned it to this staff, but they took customer service to the next level. Looked out for me in ensuring I had the sauces I needed, and threw a couple coupons my way too. Going forward I’ll drive the few extra minutes compared to the other location as this spot knows what is up!
