Ordered the honey garlic pizza and some popcorn chicken on ubereats. The pizza tasted really good and fresh. Decent toppings!
Oven roasted Popcorn chicken were dry and not so flavorful, they were very tiny and it was mostly just batter and very little chicken. Had to just throw them away after having 2-3 of those.

Uber eats screwed up our order and only one pizza came out of the two. I called them (Red Swan) and they fixed the problem asap, even though I was a crazy bit(hy person on the phone… (my diabetic daughter just lost her sight and 2 toes, is in the hospital, and Christmas Eve is now 3 days away, she won’t be out). They were understanding once I apologized, went above and beyond. The food was amazing! Sesame seeds on the crust, green olives is a free topping, their menus has pastas, desserts, we’ll definately order again from them. And the restaurant is very clean and inviting. Not sure about the complaints before my pist, I got NONE of that and i even started out mean and then never once got snippy at me, that humbled me for sure. Try them, really, you’ll like them! And, they even have a spot to request instructions when ordering, which few include now. Oh… and… free green olives and garlic? 😀

Pizza was good! My issue was with the rude reception girl and maybe store policy of not keeping a garbage box for pizza if you eat the pizza in- store. I finished my pizza and there was no garbage box on the customer side so I rang the bell because I saw a garbage box on the staff side and asked the front desk girl if she can keep my empty pizza box and a pop bottle and she refused to take it and asked me to throw it in a large recycle bin outside, far away in the parking lot and she was not even nice about it. I have never seen this in any other store! If you are serving a pizza and you have table and a bench in store for people to grab a bite then you should also have a garbage bin in-store.

I ordered two large pizzas Sunday late evening and one of the pizzas was burnt with less cheese and very few toppings(you can see it in the picture below), they spread the tomato sauce up to the middle, i can taste more of tomato sauce than the cheese …. When i called the front desk to complain , the girl said, because you did not order full menu pizza that’s why there is less cheese and toppings. However, it was not my first time ordering few toppings pizza from red swan ,I never had any issues before. I am not impressed with the food and the customer service this time.
I was even offered a free pizza after the complaint but my party was already over .

Pizza was decent but the lady was rude, while I requested my baby to eat a slice on the bench inside the store as she was too hungry she said please don’t make a mess, and pay for the pizza first. Too rude to ask this from the server

I ordered for the first time 6 of the personal pan pizzas – 2 with just cheese & the rest with different toppings. Shame on me for ordering that many for the first time. But I thought well at that price how horrible can it be? Definitely not authentic pizza which I knew that when ordered. It was simply a fast, quick “something to grab on the way home” for the kids.
Let me tell you, don’t waste your money !!!!! The pizza was so over cooked & burnt. It was so dried out & had zero flavour – just awful !!!!! If I could’ve given a zero rating I would’ve.
Two of the pizzas were so burnt they went right in the garbage. Sorry was so shocked with what they looked like I didn’t even take pics.One was ham and pineapple and both toppings were so burnt you couldn’t recognize what they were. The second was mushrooms and pineapple. Again burnt beyond recognition.
These pictures are the best looking three out of six ordered and these too will be going to the garbage with the only salvageable one being the plain cheese pizza. A real disappointment for the kids. As I read multiple reviews it seems like it’s a common theme with the pizza being totally burnt, over cooked/dried out.
I’m really shocked that they are still in business. Just gross !!!!!

You know what, it’s a pretty good pizza.
The pepperonis had just a bit of char on the edge. The cheese is quality and bitey, not greasy.
On one I had pepperoni and feta. I really couldn’t see or taste the feta.
On the other I had pepperoni and jalapeno. I liked this one better.
The sauce is pretty good but gets lost because there’s something salty about this pizza. It might be coming from the pepperoni.
They put sesame seeds on the crust, which I really like.
The dough itself is quite light. And the bottom seems like it might even be fried because it’s reminiscent of Pizza Hut crust.
All in all it’s pretty much an average pizza. Maybe a bit better so that’s where my 4 stars is coming from.
The store was clean the employee that I interacted with was very nice.
If I had a regular pizza place I don’t think I would switch. But if this place is near you, give it a try, you won’t be disappointed. Especially when they have a special.

The pizza was soggy in the middle but the crust on the outside tasted really stale and airy like bread that’s been on the counter a few days too long. Way the heck too much cheese.
I also got no confirmation that my order was placed or my pizza was on the way (I ordered ahead for a specific time) by email, text, or phone call. I had to call them.
Just all around not worth it for the $40 I ended up paying

I absolutely loved my experience with Red Swan Pizza! The Butter Chicken pizza was amazing—packed with flavor and perfectly balanced with tender chicken and just the right amount of spice. The crust was crisp, and the overall freshness made it one of the best pizzas I’ve had.
