I came here on a school field trip and it’s amazing! The overall experience is just top noch. I had a build your omlete with just american cheese and it was sooooo good! The hash browns were also amazing. The best IHOP I’ve ever been to.

Worst experience. Usually IHOP is great but today their service was absolutely shit. Our server Elaine C greeted us but mid sentence left to go help other guests which was already rude as it is. She finally then took our order for drinks. I then noticed I wanted to switch one of our waters for an OJ so while we were waiting I saw her and asked and she stuck her finger out and said “ give me a moment “ disgustingly rude. Me n my girlfriend were shocked about what she just did I was now already pissed off. When she finally came back I asked her again and when I asked swap she cut me off and said “ already 2 waters and OJ “ which wasn’t what I asked for. She then came to bring our drinks and she was chewing on food or something and started talking to us with her mouth open smacking her lips asking if we’re ready to order. She then took our order and told me or day and how busy it was and then she’s just tired and I don’t need to worry about her. Like cmon that’s not an excuse for shitty service I work food service as well and surely don’t act like that kind of crap. Grow up. Anyways we got our food it was pretty good and fast. Yet not a single refill at all. We finished eating and got the check I noticed she gave me the wrong check. I waited for her to come back and when she was walking towards our way I got her attention she looked at me and ignored us. Until she finally came back and told about it. She gave us the new check just for it to be the wrong one again… she then finally gave us our new check our actual one and she said “ don’t worry about me baby it’s been a long day and so busy today we just finished a rush.” Idc? Good for you i guess. Just because we’re teenagers thinking we won’t tip is my guess for her horrible service for us. Not a sorry in sight we payed and walked out. gave us a pen thinking she was getting a tip today. Yea okay

Just got a to go order today and I’m far from picky when it comes to my food. If they had gotten the wrong order I still would have liked it. But instead, they forgot the whip cream and sprinkles on the cupcake pancake. They fried the cinnamon dippers and chicken tenders to extinction. The only saving grace was that the pancakes were ok. Servers inside that grabbed my order were very nice at least.

Our waitress let us know the orange juice machines weren’t working properly. The lemon ricotta protein pancakes were delicious! Eggs were pretty greasy/buttery. Service was ok.

Disappointed in lack of communication. Ordered a spinach & mushroom omelet with Rye bread. Received Sourdough instead of Rye. Waitress said she pushed the Rye button and this is what comes out. I think indicating perhaps they were out of Rye as there seemed to be nothing she could do, but really not sure she checked (only checked what button she pushed). Then, as I’m eating the omelette, I notice it seems to be all egg with spinach on top. At first I thought I just hadn’t gotten to the mushrooms, but I finally opened up the whole omelette, and there were no mushrooms. I inquired, and she came back saying the kitchen hadn’t told her they were out of mushrooms. Why in the heck would you make a spinach & mushroom omelette without mushrooms vs informing the customer first? And, that was it, no offer to get something else, or take it off the bill. She did “throw on a little discount for us”, a 10% discount we would’ve gotten anyway.

Great Selection Of Entrees, Reasonably Priced. Had The Breakfast Sampler Plate. Hot And Delicious, Good Portions And Filling. Customer Service From Start To Finish Was Excellent Our Waitress Was Great.
