I walked in for a quick iced coffee and had a question that the self-order machine couldn’t help with. One of the cashiers (wearing black and pink with black hair-possibly the manager ) was in the back visibly on her phone. I said “ma’am” three times before getting her attention. There was no apology instead, she commented, “Three cashiers and not one up here.”

After I asked my question and proceeded to order, she was not helpful and didn’t say thank you or offer any kind of friendly service. On top of that, my iced coffee took longer than it should have to come out.

Overall, I’m not pleased with this location at all and hope they improve their customer service.

Just getting the staff to acknowledge your presence can take ten minutes or more. When they do acknowledge you, they are not friendly at all. I paid for a large lemonade drink. They said they don’t do refills. Ok that’s fine. But generally restaurants will let you refill from the fountain drinks. I started filling powerade, and the large hispanic woman in charge started harassing me asking if i was going to pay for that. I clarified the policy with her and explained i made a mistake. I kept asking if i could just dump what i filled since i didn’t want to fork over extra money. She insisted because i already started filling then i needed to pay. Her entire energy was adversarial. Charged me $2.05 without an ounce of sympathy. How ridiculous is that? Terrible customer experience all around. This location sucks.

I sometimes come here before work and even during lunch, I usually use my app and order online but today I used the code at the restaurant. I’ve never had an issue with anyone being rude to me but the speaker must be broken. I could barely hear the employee taking my order, I also have hearing issues so being unable to hear them at all is frustrating with the speaker being so low. The only other thing that annoys me is whether I pay online or directly at the restaurant, by the time I get to the second window (even if it’s just a few seconds later) the employees are ALWAYS asking for my receipt. I just ordered. I’ve worked in fast food and I’m aware that they have a system that shows them the order number and what’s on the order. It’s down the road from my place of employment (literally) so it’s convenient but next time I won’t be giving a receipt unless I am getting a refund. If the employees can’t do their jobs correctly the establishment should hire those who can. But it’s ever single time. It’s annoying and honestly give the impression that they don’t pay attention and just rush orders.

Today is the 2nd time that I’ve ordered breakfast delivery with the McDonald’s app from this location. Unfortunately you cannot pick which location when ordering delivery, so we are forced to use this location instead of the one off of Hwy 6 (which we prefer). Both of these delivery orders from this location have been messed up! And both have been the same issue: giving us a small coffee instead of large, and not adding cheese to my sausage biscuit when it was ordered. This same exact thing has happened twice now! In the big scheme of things it doesn’t seem important, but when you make the same exact mistake twice, you have confirmed to me that you don’t read the orders adequately when preparing and it is costing me money. I will no longer be using the app for delivery from this location!

Hispanic female heavy set manager was so rude to me and basically callede.a liar on the 3 orders i ordered i was missing one and she rudely walked away and hrabbed a young kid to assist me and another customer heard it and i recorded. She didnt want to give her name and we went at it because she refused to apologize. This is the 2nd time i used my mcdonalds app points to redeem food and they claim “there is no order” and i see it on the “now serving” screwn. Im now convinced they steal peoples stuff. I took pictures and will be reporting her. She deserves to be fired. The young man was so nice and apologized. Turns out like i stated i had a 3rd order and he showed up with the ticket. I got home to open my food and because of her ALL my food was cold and there were maybe 10 fries in my kids happymeal and i got the extra fry. So 10 fries combined for both. Rediculous. I hope the owner sees this because i have video.

Used the kiosk to place an order. I was able to pull up my account from the app by simply using the kiosk to scan a code on my phone. Since I already had my order pulled up, it transfered to the kiosk. At the end of the transaction, it allowed you to put your table tent number in the kiosk in order for one of the staff members to bring your order to the table. I finished placing the order and the gentleman brought me a cup to get my beverage and then my food was brought to the table shortly thereafter. The order was nicely prepared specific to how I customized my items. There is also a play area for the kids.

Used to be our go to McDonald’s but now we wait too long, get half the fries we are supposed to and get attitude if we don’t show the paper receipt at the 2nd window … they won’t take the digital one. Maybe one good employee, others have attitude and short our orders. Photo is large fry before we ate any.

Arrived around 5:30 am and the staff is just rude , especially the manager, she rushes you to order and makes my experience horrible. The lady on 12/23/25 wearing pink shirt . Just absolutely rude

This is the dirtiest McDonald’s, possibly the dirtiest eating establishment I’ve ever been in. Every foot there was some sort of trash in the entire restaurant, from napkins, soda lids to food wrappers. There wasn’t a single clean table to sit at and the play area was just as dirty.

ALL of the tables are FILTHY! Had to get someone’s attention to come take my order and that seemed like a chore. I only came here for my granddaughter to play but will not be returning here.
