I got that ham sandwich thing. I felt it was terrible! I think 1 piece of ham was on the whole bun!!!!!! It was dry! Not enough mayo! Also the fries we got cheese sauce. The sauce smelled and tasted sour! It was fresh! Obviously had been left out or something! Not wasting my money there again!!!!

i ordered a buffalo ranch wrap, no peppercorn ranch and replace it with normal ranch. I got my order and the wrap had absolutely no buffalo on it, wilted lettuce, and the wrap was ripped and things were falling out. If i’m paying 7$ for a wrap, i should be getting the correct thing i asked for. my receipt said buffalo wrap on it. How do you mess that up? And when i tried to call them, it kept saying that the line was busy. So now i have to go all the way back up there to say something. Very annoyed.

My husband ordered us some food for takeout after him working a 11 hour shift and got home to find he did not get his double beef and chedded sandwich. The woman were rude and stuck up and wasnt paying attention to the customers. We just tried to call and the phone rang off the hook until fax picked up and then after that it rang busy. We’d like a refund please. Ill be calling again tomorrow morning to report.

The staff was helpful. The wait was minimal. The food was hot and fresh. The inside and outside was clean. Can’t ask for more than that. They have the important stuff worked out. I had no complaints. I will return again.

Ordered a classic roast beef sandwich and mozz sticks. The mozz sticks had obviously sat out for a long time before being served and there were random sauces on the sandwich which do not come with it, nor did I ask for it

I spent 24 bucks on 2 sandwiches fries and drinks. The fries were cold and broken up they only filled the containers half way. Nothing spectacular about eating at this Arby’s location.
