Have never seen food so lazily put together in my life. Wasn’t even busy. We were the only ones at the store. Messiest and most burnt food I have ever received from anywhere. Hope I can post pictures. Although I stopped taking them when I realized it was every item. Like it’s literally almost like they did it on purpose. Don’t think you could accidently mess up this bad.

I usually enjoy Taco Bell, but this order was really disappointing. The fries I received were clearly not fresh. They looked overcooked, dry, and heavily seasoned in a way that made them taste stale, like they had been sitting out for hours instead of being made to order.

This place has horrible service. Waited 28 minutes for a door dash order. Maybe 8 customers in store. Behind the counter employees were vaping, eating, talking on their phones, etc… One even was setting on the front counter. An employee on the clock! Finally after verbally complaining the manager asked an employee if they’d made my order. They responded no so the manager proceeded to make it. That is crazy! I know it’s hard to find good help at fast food establishments but good management matters as well. This needs to be looked into.

Bathrooms in really bad shape. Obviously not cleaned in regular basis. Men’s bathroom had heavy urine smell, large pool of urine under urinal, towels in urinal, heavy calcium deposits in urinal. Toilet had many stains in it. The entire floor had napkins all over the floor. The food prep area was completely lacking cleanliness, with the floor being significantly dirty. The crew seemed to be upbeat, but there was a lot of standing around. One employee was singing very loudly, and was inappropriate for customer ears. Could use some basic food quality training, as it appeared to be lacking. I do not complain ever, however I am a senior leader in the food industry, and I understand the expectations of a customer in this industry. My observation is that there is a lack of managerial control.

I enjoy Taco Bell on occasion, but this will be my last time ordering from this location. Ordered a Mexican pizza and the taste was very off. I think they may be using the same frying oil over and over because it was a very bitter, almost metallic taste.Normally, I wouldn’t write a review on that alone but this location may need to be reinspected for health standards. Last time I entered the building, the floors were freshly mopped but very sticky and filmy. Whatever the floor had been mopped with, which I assume to be old water because it did not smell like cleaner at all, caused a terrible moldy odor when I walked in, causing me to walk right back out. Staff has always been nice so I did give an extra star.

Just went to Taco Bell and got tacos. Where’s the filling. I do not recommend going to this place. If u took all the stuff out of three tacos u would have enough for one maybe. There were like 8 chips in the nachos quesadilla was pretty sad too. Also it was $23 dollars for 6 tacos some nachos and a quesadilla. I really considered taking this food back but already home and not wasting any more time on this. This is some sorry service.

This Taco Bell location is a poor excuse of a restaurant. In the last year, I’ve gotten one order that was made correctly, let alone included all of the items that I ordered. The food is constantly burnt, they give you half the cheese sauce you should get, it’s always dry, and the portions are embarrassing. This restaurant is a waste of space on 54.

The customer service was fast, friendly and efficient. I got 2 spicy potato soft tacos and the loaded beef nachos. The tortillas used for the tacos were hard and crusty and the potatoes were either overcooked or a little old. The loaded beef nachos were okay but a little light on chips. I feel like Taco Bell is hit or miss so I’ll definitely give this one another chance in the future.
