Our children are grown and my husband and I have a 9 year tradition of going to Bob Evans, Wanda is the manager for 20+ years and treats everyone like like family. We go early to avoid the crowds and get our favorites. Our server was Lilly, a wonderful young woman that was brought up with family values and was very attentive. They deserve 10 stars!

Love Bob Evans. Breakfast all day. Entrees for dinner and lunch are great.
Any breakfast always is good.
Dinner/lunch entrees are really good. Always like the chicken fried steak (it double). Wife loves the pot roast.
Always live the mashed potatoes. Wife likes them with brown gravy. I prefer the white gravy.
Green beans are even good (and I usually don’t prefer those at places as no one seems to get them right. But here they do)

Jennifer and I stopped by Friday just shortly after 2:00 pm . They had an early bird special for $9.99.Jennifer had the chicken and I had the fish. Our rolls and biscuits came out quickly and hot, next came the coleslaw and before we could finish anything along came the chicken and fish with fries, they were piping hot and not greasy. Our server Wanda made sure the soda was always full and checked on us to see if we needed anything. A great dining experience.

This will more than likely be my first and last visit. The service was not even close to what I would consider good. However even if the service was better I don’t think I’d go back because of the food on the menu. I had a soup and salad combo and it’s almost impossible to mess that up, but it wasn’t anything to write home about either. Just not my cup of tea.
