Can’t remember what the meal was called, but it was the 2 biscuits (a sausage and a bacon) fires and a small bowl of gravy. The sausage tasted off to me personally, but the real thing that stood out was the gravy. It was a paste like substance that seemed to have more of a flour taste than a gravy one. Other than that, my husband’s omelet was perfect and so was the cold brew caramel mocha.

I travel all across the United States and have had breakfast at dozens of Bob Evans restaurants, but this particular location — Bob Evans – 900 American Rd — truly stands out as exceptional.
From very early in the morning, they made my family and me feel absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was fresh, the service was attentive, and the overall experience was outstanding.
I am Latino, born in Nicaragua, and I can honestly say this place truly understands customer service. Their kitchen is simply first-class — wow, I loved it.
What impressed me even more was that the kindness wasn’t just toward my family. I could clearly see how warm and attentive they were with every single guest in the restaurant.

I don’t like the fact that they added a $2.10 tip to my takeout order, why are you tipping yourselves when I came in to pick up my own food, absolutely nothing was done to deserve this tip or at least let guest choose to tip especially on a carry out order. As much as love the sausage biscuits and gravy which I didn’t order I will not order take out from here ever again. Side note look at the amount of fries I received this meal is not worth $16.99. So pissed.

There were 7 tables an 3-4 waitresses and 3-4 other employees. They sat us down, walked away. Approximately 15 minutes later they sat down another table-hopeful a waitress would come over but nope; they went to the other table and completely ignored us. Me, grandma a 7 year old grandson and a newborn along with mom and dad. Kids were very quiet so not sure if they are prejudiced or what the issue was but we left after 20-25 minutes waiting in vain. I will never go back there.

Hash browns tasted like straight vinegar and apparently they are too cheap to provide syrup. Turkey had a bad after taste like it was expired. Called twice and they hung up as soon as i said I have an issue with my order. Will not be back.

I had to bring in my own Clorox wipes and wipe down the tables, chairs, salt and pepper shakers and windowsill. I did tell the manager just so “hopefully” no other guest would have to experience a dirty table when they are seated. The front lobby floor is very slippery, I almost slipped going to the bathroom to wash my hands.BE CAREFUL
