Just got food from this place. Got home and checked to make sure no tomato on my spicy asiago chicken sandwich and there’s no tomato alright. Also, no cheese or bacon. Just a spicy chicken sandwich. Ordered two of them and they just gave me two regular spicy chicken sandwiches

Heading home from seeing family and wanted a quick bite so my husband and I popped in. Though short staffed they were still quick and super friendly. Only thing that puzzled me was why the crew didn’t have a key to the bathrooms. One of the guys had to use his credit card, I told him not to break it, he said he had just gotten a renewed one and still had to activate it. I thanked him and wish the crew a Merry Christmas.

I’ve visited this Wendy’s before and it was way more better than that. I don’t know what’s going on. I pulled up to the speaker to order and the guy never told me the total of my order, nor did he asked me if that completed my order. He also didn’t even told me to pull up to the next window, so I was left just sitting there. He didn’t have any good customer service. The food was cold, I asked for no salt on the fries and their was salt on the fries. We ordered from the biggie bag menu and instead of putting our order in separate bags they put it in the same bag.

This has got to be the worst wendys in the company. They always treat you like you’re a bother and inconveniencing them. My order is wrong more times than not. The food is normally cold or obviously reheated. Half the time fries are under cooked.

I ordered a baked potato since I have to have a reduced sodium intake and it was hard as a rock and discolored. My husband’s fries were also old. I’ve always loved Wendy’s but this was disappointing.

This order is completely unsatisfactory. | DoorDashed this Wendy’s breakfast order for my wife and two year old son and there was a massive bug in their potato wedges. The bag was completely sealed so I know that it was from the restaurant and not the Dasher. I will never be ordering from this location ever again. The fact that I even had to add a star to submit this review is disgusting.

Bad customer service. I went through the drive thru and ordered a strawberry lemonade with no ice and they gave me ice so I asked if I could get a new one without the ice and the drive thru person said “well then id have to remake it” so I said that was fine and someone in the back yelled “no we dont do that” and wouldnt remake it even though it was their mistake.

I went to this Wendy’s at 5:30, and the man who took my order was very patient and delivered my heavily modified order perfectly. My food was very tasty and the atmosphere was very calm and clean. The service was very fast. 4/5 seems like a harsh review it was more like a 9/10! I would definitely recommend it!

There is no way you serve food to humans!!! I’ve been to the red bank location multiple times and everytime I get trash food. No more chances wit this location. I will starve first!!! They are slack !!!The fact that you would even give this to someone just baffles me. Belongs in the trash not in my stomach !!!

Terrible experience. Do not go to this Wendy’s. I ordered 3 meals one of which was specifically a Chicken wrap combo. However, they stead gave me a chicken sandwich combo. I politely inform the young woman at the window that I’d ordered a chicken wrap not a chicken sandwich, if they could please give me a wrap instead. Additionally, they’d forgotten an order of fries. They gave me the fries and then proceeded to tel me that the receipt said I’d ordered a chicken sandwich. I informed the young lady that they must’ve made a mistake and I asked to exchange the chicken sandwich for a chicken wrap. The young woman then told me that I had to go back around the drive through line and replace the order. I explained to her that is was not fair to have me wait in line AGAIN for something I’d already ordered. But she insisted.

Now, normally here’s the point when I might normally take my losses and just keep the sandwich. But it was not for me and I wanted what I ordered and paid for.

So, against my better judgement, I drove back around and waited in the drive through live for just under 20mins. When I reached the ordering screen the teller asked what I would like to order and I said I do not want to order another meal. I simply want the chicken wrap that I’d originally ordered. She asked.me if I still had the sandwich they’d given me, which I did, and then they asked me to pull forward. When I got to the window, the young lady had the chicken wrap in hand waiting. I gave her the sandwich and took the wrap, then asked If I could speak to the manager at the door. I pulled up, waited for 6mins, then left because I’d already wasted enough of my time. As I drove home I called the store and the shift manager answered. I explained what had just happened in the drive through and informed her of my intention to file a formal complaint with their corporate office. Approx. 10 mins. Later, I arrived home and explained to my wife why I it took so long and she immediately refused to each the sandwich because she feared they’d spit in it. I told her I was polite and didn’t think they’d do that, so I quickly traded the wrap and gave her my burger instead. I instantly realized ther was at least 1 very long hair in the wrap. I IMMEDIATELY spit it back into the wrapper. As it turns out, their were multiple long hairs melted into the cheese. After throwing up,I called the store again and I formed the “shift manager” (Shea) of the incident. She was very dismissive and ignored my concerns by continuing to attend other customers. It seemed as if she was used to these types of calls and did not take them seriously. I asked for the name of here regional or district manager and she did not know their name.

Regardless of what you might think, I NEVER do this sort of thing but damn if this staff didn’t not waste 30mins of my life and then served me tainted food. When all that was needed was a simple apology and exchange of a sandwich for a wrap.
