As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Food was great, soda maybe a little flat. However, it was my first time ever going to a Checkers and I went at night. The parking lot completely confused me because the drive through is set up differently than any other drive through I’ve ever been to. It was not clear at all how to enter the drive through at night.

Placed a mobile order on saturday, 9/13/2025 at 1:15am and arrived at 1:30am but never received my food or greeted, though the store hours showed they were open until 2am. Called corporate number to explain situation and receive refund and was told the issue will be escalated and that I will receive my refund in 3-4 business days. I haven’t even tried my food yet but I want to tell you all that every single time I go there it’s absolutely amazing. The staff is so kind they’re so sweet, and they will take care of you like your family. I been to checkers so many times. And every single time I go it exceeds my expectations. Honestly it’s better than most of the restaurants I go to. Most of the time I would rather go to checkers than most restaurants, because y’all make sure that people feel included and feel welcomed. I am so appreciative of all the stuff that works there and how amazing they are and how great they make the food. Always get the mozzarella sticks because on the way home you need to eat them LOL!

Ordered Door Dash, triple baconzilla with extra bacon and fries on sandwich. No extra bacon, no fries. Description says 4 strips of bacon, but it’s really just small pieces. First time having Checkers, will probably be the last.

The food was okay. I ordered the fries with cheese. It was waaaaay too much cheese on it. To the point where the fries were soggy. Depends on the shift, and this was around 230, but everyone looks so tired in there. I get it, though, if you’ve been working a while.

The young working were very patient and polite. However, the food was not tasty or prepared right. The burgers were cold from the buns to the cold flap of cheese on it. The drinks tasted old. The fries were good and hot, though.

This place is SO SLEPT ON. The food is always delicious, the fries are always fresh, and they NEVER mess up our orders like literally every other fast food place in this town. We even order it online and just swing through to pick it up. It’s so convenient. Just do it.
