Experience was good for a McDonalds. Service was good. They brought our breakfast to our table in quick fashion with a smile. My daughter loves McDonalds and frequents this one since it’s right next to Anoka-Ramsey College. On this day, we ordered the same Sausage Egg McMuffin with hash browns and orange juice. It was good and staff were friendly.

Please fix the canopy in the Drive-Thru at this McDonald’s location. I washed my car across the street and had to go through a little waterfall. Ridiculous. Either change the design or extend the canopy so all the water doesn’t pour into the middle of all the vehicles rolling through your drive-thru. I even had water splash inside my car

the lady who gave my my food was so rude. she had pink hair and she slammed my tray down on the table (on my phone) and she slammed it so aggressively the fries spilled all over the tray. I thought it was an accident so i still said thank you and she gave me a dirty look and said “mhm.” in a mean way. i never write bad reviews but i have never been treated this badly from a service member.

I ordered 2 cones in a cup. They did not actually put ice-cream in the cup prior to putting in cup. The apple pie was hard as a rock. Do better.

Usually not too many problems here except for regularly messing up my coffee order. But today, I got a sausage, egg, and butter bagel instead of the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel that I ordered. Frustrating.

My biggest complaint with this place is that the employees are parking in the area set aside for customer parking. More then once I was force to park on the edge of the parking lot, because the employees had taken all the customer spots.

Ordered from the mobile app 2 coffee beverages. They tasted like water. Also, when arriving they kept questioning my name and who I was even wit app code. The interaction with drive though staff was strange. They just stared at us and looked very lost. Not even 3-4 hours after drinking the beverages, both of us had severe food poisoning. Felt very sick. Never going back to this location.
