Been coming here in the past 10 years. Came for lunch on a Thursday with 4 out of town family members. Food quality was poor and we did not like.
Asked for 2 mild beef salads, one was ok but 2nd plate was too salty and too much pepper.
Found another Thai food place and we have been going there Ever since.

Food has flavor! So that was a plus. But I also wanted an experience, and that lacked. The fire for our soups went out quick so our soups were cold. If they would have checked on us, that could have been an easy fix. It’s been about 8 years since I’ve been here so I was so excited to come in just to find out it’s cash only (which btw) is nowhere outside the facility! Just at the checkout area. So that’s a downside. Then we were 4 adults, my 4 year old and my 10 month old so we were considered a party of 6 so they applied a 15% gratuity— which is fine— if we were paying for good service. That lacked too. They just delivered the food, never checked on us. I did spill a drink on the table and that did deserve an extra tip. My fault. Overall, I have no desire to return.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR BILL!!!… we were overcharged almost 40 dollars and when we went back because the math wasn’t mathing … the girl with the mid taper fade “Tay” who charged us and took our order tried to say that she didn’t take our order or charge us ( implying she didn’t make the mistake) and When we told her that she took our order and that we payed her directly, she basically left the other server to deal with us and fix her mistake. The short server with the neck tattoos and cap had a horrible attitude about us trying to get our money back , kept smacking his lips and rolling his eyes at us. We were very respectful and nice about the situation. Never did we even get angry or raise voices..everything was done in a civil manner. The old school method of the receipt will throw you off ..SO PLEASE COMPARE THE PRICES YOU GET CHARGED WITH THE ITEMS YOU ORDERED. We were overcharged 1 to 2 bucks on some items. They will treat you well if you’re a frequent customer…if you’re not … you get another treatment and possibly a diff kind of receipt. We are not the type of customers to expect a hug and red carpet.. but facial expressions matter and voice tones…none felt welcoming. The food is good, but not worth the service…we will be going to Sunset Thai down the block for Thai food from now on.

We have been eating at this place for years, the food still maintains its good flavor, it is delicious but the wait for a table is long, there is a parking problem but what they have had for years and continues to get worse is the cleanliness, under the table the floor has leftovers and everything is sticky from floors that have been dirty and poorly cleaned for a long time, but the bathroom is the complaint that I can’t let go. I visted the restaurant Saturday June 13 for dinner, I ordered a soup and a few other dishes. My problem was with the soup quality. I received a few broken shells on my soup, I choked on it and accidentally bit into one of the broken shells. I came to my dentist office and was told that I have a broken/cracked tooth because of the shells. I tired to speak to not one but 2 different employees the night of the incident and none were helpful. I paid for bad service and bad quality of food. I tired to call once I was at my dentist office and spoke to a ” Manager ” name NATHALIE which was rude and disrespectful. Speaking over me and not letting me fully explain myself. Even if the restaurant will not be responsible for anything I would still like to speak with someone’s regarding the quality to avoid this from happening to anyone or any ones children. I was eating a soup why would there be broken shells?? My family and I have been loyal customers for the past 20 years+ and after receiving bad customer service from supervisor is not acceptable. Like I said before even If I do not receive any help with my dentists cost I still firmly believe I should be giving the chance to fully express and explain myself without being disrespected.

I been coming to Vim Vims for years but not after my last experience!!! I was charged $140 for same that I use to order 3 weeks before! I use to pay $70 then went up to $95 for Four People , after pandemic it was $107 for four people but last week I paid $140 for 3 people !ordering the same exact thing ! No Thank You ! I think because the place has too much going on even waiters over charge because they think people usually come in big groups place is too overwhelming and you ask why so much and person in register says “I don’t know you ordered I just charge” never again for years I had been a loyal customer but not no more 25+ of years going there that is just sad
