We live out in Douglasville and have driven past this place so many times, but finally decided to stop in—and I’m so glad we did! The wings were delicious; we tried the BBQ and the Hot 911, and both were amazing. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the pizza, but the customer service more than made up for it. They checked on us every few minutes, and this is truly what great customer service is all about. We loved it! I’ll definitely be back to try more items from their very diverse menu.

Wings Citi is hands-down one of the best spots in Carrollton when you’re craving “wings.” My family and I almost always order to-go, and the food never disappoints. The lemon pepper chicken wings are a favorite, crispy, flavorful, and some of the best in town. The spaghetti is surprisingly good too, and on our last visit we added a large premium calzone to our order. No regrets, it was delicious!
The service really stood out. The manager, Mandy, was very nice and didn’t mind at all when we added the calzone after placing our order. Even with the change, my wait time was under 30 minutes, which was impressive for such fresh, hot food. Angie, our waitress, was friendly and welcoming, and the owner, Johnny, was out greeting everyone a great touch that shows he cares about his customers.
For full honesty, I did notice a guy with a cigarette in his mouth walk in through the side door, head to the restroom, and then walk straight through the cooking area. Not ideal when food is being prepared.
The food is outstanding, but food safety should always be held to the highest standards so the quality matches the care put into each meal.
That said, Wings Citi remains our go-to wing spot in Carrollton for wings. Between the food, portions, and genuinely friendly staff, it’s a nice treat!

Wings are excellent!!! Sandwiches are bomb, fries and onion rings are amazing. Pizza is okay, not my absolute favorite but totally worth it if you’re “going out for pizza.” Love that they have TVs in the back if you’re looking to watch a game. Specials are priced great– in this day, it costs as much for 2 people to eat at Zaxby’s or Bojangles as it does to sit down at Wing Citi. Plus, if you’re carrying out, the wings are crispy and perfectly done, so they’re not soggy by the time you get them home. Great local place, give them some love!!

My family and I dined in today and luckily we had our food before we witnessed an encounter. The food was great, the staff even better, but we won’t be back. A young girl was cutting celery in the kitchen. She dropped celery on the floor, but put it back with the rest and kept cutting like it didn’t happen. I understand food isn’t cheap, but one piece of celery can contaminate an entire batch.
I debated on posting, but saw another review where this happened with food being dropped in front of the customer. Is this the same girl? Why is this allowed? Do you know how dirty floors are?
I’m positive they wouldn’t eat food off the floor, but expect customers to do so.

We have ordered a large supreme pizza 3 different times in a bout two months plus hot wings.
First the hot wings are really good.
The first pizza had no sauce and was way undercooked, it was doughy. The second time we ordered the wings were great, the supreme pizza was exactly like the first even after I asked when I ordered extra sauce , extra cook. One last shot at it last night SAME EXACT thing as the other two even after asking for extra sauce and extra cook time . If you like a whole lot of crust and doughy then I guess it’s okay. Wings were good again. They were not busy at 6pm either.
Third strike you out, no more! We wanted it to work as they are less than 10 minutes away.

BEST WINGS I’VE EVER HAD! Been coming here for a while, and tried many other wing places in my lifetime, but this place is hands down the BEST! They NEVER miss on their wings! They’re always so crispy, and loaded with sauce!!! Lemon Yaki is our favorite! Also, the owner is so sweet and personable.

Don’t know how many people like corndogs but they have the best. Their small fries are larger than any drive through and are 100 times more tasty. Two corn dogs and fries $5 and some changes. Awesome food at an awesome price.
