A couple nights ago I ordered buffalo tots, and pretzels bites with beer cheese. The tots were good, but they were super stingy with the buffalo chicken on top. The everything pretzel bites however, were soft and warm. The beer cheese also warm. I think I enjoyed them more than the tots. This afternoon around 2 I ordered some wings, and some more pretzels. The chicken was a tad pink in my wings, so that got thrown out. The beer cheese cold. The pretzels were hard. At least I know now if I do order again, it needs to be on night shift. Sad, you’d think business being slower would mean more attention to detail.

We came here to eat and watch the game. We were told we could eat our food on there porch but that they only had one waitress so we would not have table service out there. So we said thats fine then after we got our food they said that we could not eat in there outside eating area so we sat in a booth to watch the game. When we sat down they then told us that since we didn’t dine in and have our food brought to a table that we could not sit inside either.
What kind of place are they running here. Watch the video and see what everyone looks like and what I look like and it makes me understand that buffalo wild wings doesn’t want my kind round here.

A bit of a disaster. Staff was friendly and helpful, but only 3 people for thus whole store on a busy day. Took us 3 hours to get food. I ended up bussing tables to help our poor server. Grrat place to watch NCAA games between our HS regional basketball games. Good thing we had lots of time!

I visited the store to pick up my online order and experienced significant issues with service and communication. When I arrived, I waited approximately 20 minutes before anyone came to the counter. The person who eventually appeared—who I believe was the manager—handed out one order and immediately attempted to return to the back. During this time, there were eight other customers standing and waiting, many of whom had been there long before me and had not been acknowledged or assisted.
Before he walked away, I stopped him and explained that multiple people ahead of me—and more behind me—were waiting without any updates. One customer told me she had already been waiting an hour. My order was scheduled for pickup at 7:30 PM; I had placed it online at 6:45 PM. When I spoke to him at 7:45 PM, he informed me my order had not even been started yet and was only “next in line.”
At that point, I asked him to cancel my order and issue a refund, as waiting an additional 30–45 minutes was unreasonable. If I had stayed, I wouldn’t have received my food until around 8:30 PM, despite ordering at 6:45 PM.
The most concerning part of the experience was the lack of communication and the appearance of management avoiding customer interaction. I also witnessed several customers enter for dine-in service and leave after waiting without being greeted or seated.
Overall, the situation reflected poor management and customer service, and I felt it was important to bring this to your attention.

It took almost an hour to get our food for tenders and a hamburger. They looked to be severely understaffed as others that were seated had got up and left because they hadn’t even gotten a drink yet. It’s obvious that the management is obviously out of touch with reality and how to run a successful business. We asked for management who’s name was Robert and when he came to the table he seemed to be drunkAt this pace this establishment will be closed soon.

The food here is great and it is a fun and inviting atmosphere but the service is not good. When getting pickup orders, the wait is way longer than the estimated time and there is no one to help you. There was also no one at the front while I was there.

Don’t bother ordering out from here. Fries were old, not fresh. Salad came with no dressing. Several wing orders (all) didn’t have the side sauces. Mac and cheese was also old. Veggies were missing. Waste of money. Wish I could give no stars.

waited 15 minutes for someone to even notice we were there then ordered drinks only to be told no refills the food did come quickly but saturated with grease to the point that the fries were mush definitely not worth the 50.00 bucks including tip

Severely understaffed and service at a snail’s pace. Food arrived cold and waited over an hour to get it. Restaurant was nearly empty today. There only seemed to be one employee on staff out in the front and I to go back into the kitchen to request the check. Service was friendly as whenever it did show up. I have been here several times & this is a pattern. Try the Columbus IN location as they are a much better option. Not at all recommended here in Seymour.

The food was 5 stars , I enjoyed the wings , fries and the celery and carrots. Made for a great meal. Missed that 5th star with service being just a tad bit slow, . But overall a very positive experience.
