Today was the worse day at this dominos. 1st delivery driver dropped my soda and the rop is broken and the soda is flat now. My pizza had the wrong toppings, and it smelled funny. They didnt put the icing in the box for the cinnamon bites. Then once I called the store they could care less. Then my daughter found a hair in her pizza which is a whole different one then the one that smelled funny. They need to be more cleaner and pay attention ro orders when u spend that much money. Called back and the lady hung up when I told her I didn’t want a remake.

Manager was incredibly rude, impatient, and kept cutting me off and getting loud for no reason when I had an issue with a cancelled order online. He offered no real help and seemed uninterested in providing help either. I had ordered from this location multiple times, but suddenly they had no info on my location or address. I don’t know what his issue was, but he convinced me to never order from the Sunset location ever again.

I think his name was Regi, shout out Regi!! my address is hard to find, and dude knew exactly what to do. the food was also perfect tbh. not burnt, and not doughy. swear to god these are two of the best pizzas i’ve seen from a dominos. cooked perfect fr. I wish i could’ve taken a photo, but we got down to business once we finished admiring how beautiful this piece of art was. 10/10 experience.
