I recently moved to the area and decided to try my favorite fast food spot, Chipotle. To my surprise, there was a long line stretching almost to the door. When it was finally my turn, I was informed that they were out of the main proteins, chicken and steak. As a former employee, I know that they should have multiple proteins readily available in the heating cabinet.
The staff was not prepared for this situation. They were not attentive and mostly huddled in the back room. When the grill press was finally released, it sat there for minutes until someone from the back came to prepare it.
I arrived around 9 PM for dinner, and to my dismay, most tables were dirty. The tables outside were trashed and greasy, and the utensil holders had bits of food and gunk in them. The bathroom was equally disgusting.
Despite these issues, I’m still considering continuing to go to Chipotle because it’s now my nearest location. However, I hope management will improve the atmosphere and provide a better customer experience.

Worst Chipotle every very little food for the price. I did ask for a military discount. He asked the manager and she said only for police. Then she said I will give you a discount this time. Yet no discount was given. This is a first for a Chipotle. I did invite a friend and it was $35. Total! We ate there. I wasn’t feeling well after I left. Dropped off my friend and tried to drive home but couldn’t. I had to stop driving and rest. Not sure what it was, but I was ill for two days. The staff try keeping the place clean, but they didn’t do a very good job. I was a big fan of Chipotle, but now I’m not. If you see my other reviews, I normally don’t do this, but I have to warn others. This one is the worst Chipotle ever.

I only requested no rice and after waiting for a long time I revived the food , surprise only beans and little bud of chicken.. never ordering from there unless I go personally.

Dirty place, dirty tables, floors, soda fountain area. The food is good, but I wonder how clean the kitchen is, and if they follow food service sanitation guidelines, such as not touching their faces and immediately serve food. If they are wearing gloves they should at least change them every hour. GLOVES are the same as hands, replace them and wash them respectively.

It’s typical chipotle food. $9.88 you get a loaded bowl. Portion is more that’s why the line doesn’t break.
Sense of urgency for employees to move the line isn’t there. Cuz just like McDonald’s they’re always busy.
Over all, not bad value for the buck.

I have been going here for years and yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back. This location is constant, that is constantly running out of food, tables are always a dirty mess. Trash cans are always overflowing, the drink station is always a mess, napkins and forks are always out. The food line is atrocious employees drag your bowl through all kinds of spilled food. Portion size is non-existent half scoops of protein or employees shake the spoon out before serving you. Something is always missing yesterday no black beans, veggies or red chimichurri. Also got just a pinch of lettuce and cheese and of course stale chips. Employees are always scraping the bottom of the pan to get out every crumb. The lower the pan of food the less and less serving you get. I don’t understand this, they’re just being lazy and not willing to swap out the food pans. It’s like once they get to the bottom they want two ounces of sour cream to serve 10 customers. I never leave reviews but I’m just feed up, I keep thinking it won’t always be bad but it is. Something is always missing, I know nothing will change because it hasn’t and its getting worse.

SO, I had an issue originally with an UberEats delivery driver, but to find out that the UberEats delivery person is a scammer. To continue, the UberEats driver said he did not have my order and was going to go back to chipotle so that they can make my order. He gets to Chipotle, call me, and asks about my order a Chipotle employee says that my order is not in the system. I ask the Uber delivery driver can I get his number and I sent him my order through the phone. The UberEats delivery person was not being communicative with the staff. So, he passes the phone to one of the employees i asked a few questions, ” I am not sure why he is handing the phone over to you when i sent the order of everything on the phone? Did you all see an order for *my name*, of Macro bowl, Poppi Strawberry Lemon?” The employee said ” No, and you need to talk to this lady I can’t deal with her.” I’m confused because no ATTITUDE was given or directed at her. I get the manager she gets on the phone. I asked her a simple question ” Ma’am did you all receive an order under *my name*?”, the current manager ” No, and you need to stop with all the yelling”. That was surprising because noone was yelling and did not have an attitude. I have worked in the service industry and I always try my best to approach workers with a mutual respect and just try to get to bottom of the issue, but that made me upset when I did not approach any of the staff with an attitude, while on the phone, “I told her WHO has an attitude, because your staff had the attitude first and now you are saying I have an attitude and you are the MANAGER?!”. She then told me I was and that UberEats driver was not being communicative. i told her I am trying to have a resolution to issue and give the UberEats driver a chance to remedy the issue and you are saying I have an attitude. Instead of hearing my issue and complaint she continued the negative energy the original staff member had. We did not come to a resolution with my food being ordered. I had to file a complaint also against the UberEats driver because he was unprofessional, but CHIPOTLE who had the opportunity to have this be resolve made the situation worst by be UNPROFESSIONAL and UNDERSTANDING. Rather than hearing my problem and it coming to a resolution, Chipotle staff(MANAGER) decided this was going to be a dispute. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WILLLL NOT BE ORDERING THERE AGAIN!

There are college guys working here. God knows why they have so much attitude. Entire team is rude and impolite. The food tastes very bad which is not like other Chipotle outlets. Also the portion sizes are too small. Please avoid this particular Chipotle.
