As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Food tasted really good, but their wing combo was $15… a bit pricey. They cook to order, so you’ll have to wait a little, but it’s definitely worth it. Conveniently located on University Parkway. Service was amazing, the staff went out of their way to provide us with what we needed. They have automated voice ordering, I believe it’s the only one of its kind in this area. There are lots of outdoor seating and beautiful artwork all over the building.

Asked a friend of mine to pickup my order and she’s transgender. She was in the drive thru from 7:30PM-8:10PM. The people behind the window were incredibly rude, lied about when our order would be ready, and shouted “Oh that’s a whole dude!” and LAUGHED AT HER as she was leaving the restaurant. I don’t give a damn what you believe about trans people. The absolute nerve to not only laugh at a human being and say something so obviously hurtful, but at a CUSTOMER! I am appalled. This is beyond politics. This was cruel.

I’m actually baffled at how terrible my experience here was. I placed an order for pickup at 7:30, and it was labeled as ready at 7:40. I waited in line for nearly 20 minutes behind others, presumably in the same situation. Once I pulled up to the window, it was another 15. Not a single word was said to me the whole time other than confirmation that it was MY order.
That, however, is not the reason I’m leaving this review. As they handed me my food, they made a bigoted and hateful comment and laughed as I pulled away.

If you place an online order, make sure you go to the window on right even though the sign says to use the left one. They will put your online order at the back of the line and help everyone else first and then finally get to your order. Faster to just use the right window and refused to move to the left when if asked.

My recent visit to Checkers was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I was hoping for a quick and convenient meal, but instead, I got a painfully slow and frustrating experience.
First, the wait to place my order was excessive. The cashier, who seemed completely uninterested, barely made eye contact and offered no apology for the delay. When my food finally arrived, it was a huge disappointment. My burger was cold, as if it had been sitting for a while, and the fries were stale and unappetizing.
It felt like neither the staff nor management were prioritizing a positive customer experience.

The rudest staff. They need to fire all of them and rehire new and train properly. Please hire people with people skills who actually want their Jobs.
