We had a very enjoyable dinner. The staff and management were helpful and friendly. The food was hot, flavorful and just how we like it! We’ll definitely be back to this Jack’s again… thank you for making our dinner a pleasant experience!

If you ever in Cullman Al you must stop by the Jacks family restaurant there on Hwy157 oh my Goodness the food was hot well prepared and very Delicios . The staff was Super friendly greeting folks as soon as they walked in with a Hi welcome to Jacks may I help you please !My food was a 10 1/2!It was Hot &Fresh and served within a few moments . I ordered the 2 piece chicken dinner all white with creamed potatoes and gravy and fries . It was Excellant!!!! The inside of restaurant was very Beautiful and clean as a pin ! I ate every single bite and rolled up out of there it was soooo good . Cullman you should be very proud of the workers and managers at this Jacks restaurant they are doing y’all s city proud . I will be returning again when I’m in cullman on hey 157 again . Yummy yummy it was indeed !!!!

What a nice clean and honestly beautiful interior,blown away with how clean and nice the kitchen area looked as well ,from the counter. My first time at this Jack’s, so impressed. Everyone nice not looking ragged and over worked,like some others,everyone clean and the even down to the restrooms. Impressed,food was great too! Every Jacks should be like this one

Went last night and the service was terrible. Only one inside, has to wait over 5 minutes for someone to come take order. Took forever to get food and then they left drink off. The food was garbage, burger was ice cold. I thought this was just Holly Pond jacks thing but undoubtedly is company problem. Use to be one of better places to eat now it’s disgusting food, service and cleanliness.

When I went to place my order inside the restaurant there was an male employee standing behind the cashier talking so loudly I had to yell to place my order and I requested it to go so when my food came out it was placed on a tray I told the cashier that it was to go and she literally threw it in a bag upside down all my fries and chicken fingers I basically wasted $8.00 by going here because I didn’t eat my food I ended up going to McDonald’s you would think that management would get a handle on things at this restaurant.

The jacks in Cullman on Hwy 157 has gotten terrible. The drive thru line takes FOREVER!!! Often, they run out of sauces, tendes, pies. etc. It’s not uncommon to have to pull to the side and wait even more for your food. I got out of line one last Saturday and drove to McDonalds, which is about 10 miles away. When I passed them coming back, the same cars where still in the drive thru line. Only go there if you’ve got tons of time to waste.

The app never seems to work at this location. I can never use my points or any offers that are in-store only here. Why don’t they fix this? Other Jack’s do not have this problem. When I asked if a manager could approve the reward, I was told no, and then the employee got an attitude. The food is good but because the service always sucks, I give it one star. Also, when I do a complaint on the app and I say I want a response, no one ever responds. Oh and I also had to clean my own table to be able to sit there.
