I’m a regular customer who comes to buy asada fries all the time. Some days my food is skimped and some days it’s good. Asada fries are not cheap due to the carne. i had more fries than meat on my order that is not okay like i said im a usual customer and they don’t show the best customer service. Gabriela who claims to be the owner had poor customer service instead of making the situation right she made she situation to upset her customers. Refused to give me information on higher ups. I will not be going back to that place ever they don’t use gloves or care about their customers .

It’s rare to find someone who can balance kindness, speed, and accuracy the way she does. This was my first time and last time going at this place. Always wondered what it was like. I haven’t eaten in 10 hours. I’m a new dad and I have to sleep early for work. Just wanted fast, good mexican food. I bought a beans rice and cheese burrito. Just no one told me I have to bite halfway into the burrito to get the beans. I kept biting and biting while driving hoping to taste what I bought…I ended up finding the beans piled up on the bottom of the burrito. The beans aren’t even good. I can make better beans I just dont feel like doing the whole process my mom and grandma taught me.
Just watch out yall. I threw the burrito away cuz it was bad tasting and poorly created burrito.

My husband likes to come here but I don’t. Food occasionally is good but still overpriced for the quality given overall. We’ve ordered here a number of times and it was okay to my standard. Today just confirmed to me why I don’t like this place. One of our orders was missing and my husband specifically asked the person at the window if she had given all our food and said “yes” Come to find when we get home something is missing, so my busy had to drive all the way back.
Also I checked my food, #11 two fish tacos and rice and beans. DO NOT EVER ORDER THAT …. the taco shells were stale partially wet, lettuce inside not even fresh and best part hardly was any fish in the taco to call it a fish taco,,, it was mostly the batter of the fish that was in the taco fried. Overpriced and feel cheated that I paid for this. I was so so displeased I lost my appt and didn’t care about going back to get another meal.

14 bucks for the Verde plate, looked amazing. Til you find out lots of lettuce and it was cubed pieces of meat, not shredded, not a large amount either…..and beans tasted like they were straight out of the can, no seasoning/flavor.
I’ll stick to their carne asada nachos, I’ve gotten those in the past and were pretty good.

Used to be a high or Miss fit the carne asada fries but the just few times the fries just been coming out over cooked or reheated and dried out. Not worth it for 18 bucks

Paid for extra chips in my order and barely got any and I asked for no gauc but got it anyways :/ the food was still good, though i wish i hadn’t paid the extra for more hot cheetos

I ordered the California burrito and it was horrible. I liked the meat, so I took apart my burrito. the pico inside was nasty the fries where as well. I won’t be going there again ever. I will drive to the other location on Ramona Ex.
