Really hate doing this, but been having bad experiences lately with drive thru. Ordered 20 piece nuggets & they were raw.. Asked for sauces & come home to none, so check your bag, they never give napkins. Following week got a bagel breakfast it was all burnt. It’s very frustrated because your paying for food, it’s not free. Employees needs to learn how to talk to customers instead of trying to cut you off and not let you finishing ordering. Not trying to put them down, just do better.. don’t think I’ll be back. Sorry!

Bathrooms were disgusting, it was around lunchtime we missed the highschoolers thank goodness but unfortunately we didn’t get out of there before the highschool was let out and that’s when it got crazy another family came in with there kids and couldn’t even find a place to sit, yelling , swearing , even some of the employees were swearing . , they are always out of ice cream and I was told by someone that there not really out of ice cream they just don’t want to clean it at the end of the night, this McDonald’s in Bridgeport has gone down hill bad won’t go there again unless it a must.

The service here is downright awful. Multiple times ive come through and had to wait more than 10 minutes for someone to come to the speaker. All while having to deal with the obviously stoned employee get distracted and have a whole conversation with others in the back while ignoring me at the drive through. Also the food never comes out right or is cold. Do not waste your money here just go to hardees down the street instead.

I ordered a 6 c meal which is ranch and spicy snack wraps then I got 2 ranch instead. Then another time most recent. I ordered 4 cheese burger and wanted extra ketchup and mustard and got regular amounts. As a former member of a McDonald’s this is sad and pathetic. But I guess the pay for work must that shitty. Glad I left and never looked back.

If you want fast food go elsewhere you will wait for at least an hour with curbside pickup as they advertise skip the line with curbside it’s a lie I sat in my car for 45 minutes and watched the line clear 7 times before bringing out 1 frappe. When I asked about my wife’s order which was separate said they thought it was door dash. I haven’t had any store mess up as much as this one honestly this store should just close go to Saginaw or birch run because honestly you would have time to drive to them and come back before they even start your food.

Stopped in as we were heading back home and the fries were cold and unsalted, the McChicken was the size of a kids sandwich. Maybe shrinkflation hit this McDonald’s.
The cheeseburgers came out looking like garbage and the bathrooms smelled and looked like they haven’t been clean in weeks.
Definitely putting this on the never visit list.

This location’s steam machine for the fish Fillet buns was down. Instead, they opened to toast the bun. For me, a toasted bun on a fish Fillet Sandwich doesn’t give it justice. I would’ve changed my order if they had shared that with me during the ordering cycle.
Staff was ok, with one of the cashiers being helpful in trying to make it right by offering a different selection, which I appreciate it.

We have been here before and they weren’t great but thought we would give it another chance. We ordered on mobile app (Just 10 peice nugget, and a $5 meal deal) they told us to pull to spot one and it took them 40min! We finally went in saw they were just hanging around talking so we asked what was going on and they were like oh so sorry for the wait let me go get that. They came back and we finally left and the fries were cold and super under cooked, and they forgot the nuggets for the meal deal. I have never had such a bad experience at a McDonald’s before but this place was awful and I hope they fix it to make it better because we are never going back to this location!
