Failure to follow instructions!!! I ordered on door dash for delivery because I just got out the ER and need to eat right away and unable to drive and they brought the wrong thing! I ordered bejing beef and orange chicken and I don’t know what this is in my box. This truly pissed me off. And when I called they are gonna ask me if I want to come in to get it exchanged! If I could come in, I wouldn’t have ordered for delivery in the first place. Very disappointing!

Customer service could be better. Super slow. It makes no sense how long the wait time is especially for delivery pickups. They don’t offer a drink for the extended wait. There are more than 6 people in kitchen and counter and the manager looks like she didn’t notice that there was a long line waiting for fast and good customer service however the staff trying to do their best however they couldn’t coordinate how to work they looked like lost and paying more attention an order ( big one ) online ( I guess ) than the customers waiting for them. We waited more than 15 minutes and well … I got my food but pls look at the picture how was it and the fountain drinks doesn’t work good…I don’t want to blame yo the associates but how possible is the manager wasn’t paying attention out of her little room or ( office ) ?
I hope come over there next time and get better service. Thanks !

I went to pick up an Uber Eats order at the Buford Dr store in Lawrenceville, GA. The service was terrible. There were only three other customers ordering, and I was waiting. The order took 25 minutes, plus the 15-minute drive, for a total of 40 minutes wasted, and nobody pays for that. A terrible restaurant with extremely bad service—horrible, awful.

Busy time, but replenishing entrees and sides in a timely manner was lacking. It tooks 10 minutes (told it would be 5) for my entree item, but then I had to wait 3 more for my chow mein. One employee took pity on me and offered a free drink:)

Been going to this location for years. Food is usually OK as well as the service. As “mid” as Panda Express is it’s the best Chinese food in the area. I did an online order and requested extra chili sauce, but none was put in the bag. Not even one packet. Had to eat my dinner sauceless.

Worst Shift I’ve Experienced at Panda Express
I’ve been to this Panda Express plenty of times, and I’ve never experienced this one.
They didn’t have more than half the items available, which I get, your closing soon, however, unlike the other shifts, they will at least offer to make a fresh batch & ask if I’m willing to wait, this crew didn’t bother at all. No effort—nothing.
It was painfully obvious that their only focus was getting out the door as fast as possible, not providing any kind of customer service. Instead of taking care of customers who actually showed up before closing, I was just a bump of inconvenience in the way of them getting home faster.
Really disappointing experience, especially when other shifts at this exact location have gone above and beyond. This one? GOT TO DO BETTER.

Hall really deleted my previous review after yall served me some raw chicken and still haven’t given me my money back. Absolutely disgusting customer service. They really tried to offer me another meal as I’m already home. You think I want some more raw chicken???

Love getting the family meal to use for my weekly meal prep. They have a variety of items to choose from so I don’t get bored with my meal options. Also, earning rewards along the way is a huge plus! The family meal is also great on days I don’t feel like cooking. The staff was courteous and professional. If you want something cooked fresh they will gladly make it for you.
