DO NOT EAT HERE! I have ordered from this Chipotle several times. And I have gave this Chipotle multiple chances. The first time I ordered there was a hair in my food, the second time I ordered there was also a hair in my food, the third time I found a metal-like stringy material and the fourth time aka the final straw was finding a live bug in my bowl.

It’s 7:30p on a Tuesday and this place is trashed. Been sitting here for 30 minutes and no one has come out to check on the dining area. The workers are just standing around talking. No pride.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. I always come here and their customer service is always amazing. They know me by now and know my order by memory. The cashier Ashlee is always very sweet and nice. I understand there’s peak hours so if the place is trashed, it’s the customers. Never the workers. I always see the cashier clean the dining. Amazing workers and service in my experience.

This place is only good when the teenagers are behind the counter, the woman serving my food today looked like she was sick and wasn’t wearing a mask. I don’t expect much out of a fast food restaurant but the steak looked red (undercooked) and she used the same gloves at the register and to make the burritos. 🙁

First & last time here, very dirty, trash everywhere when getting Utensils, napkins, at the drink station. Forgot to include items to my order when I asked from the start, therefore I had to pay again. & Had to take extra napkins because when preparing the bowl container I think they thought I would like the food on the top of my lid and not under the lid.

I ordered a chicken bowl for takeout and realized afterward that there was a slice of beef in it, which I accidentally ate. I am Hindu and have never eaten beef in my life. This is completely unacceptable. I will never return to Chipotle again, and I urge you to be more considerate.
I also tried calling the store to discuss this, but the automated phone system would not let me through, and out of frustration, I had to hang up.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! IT IS HORRIBLE. The food is often served cold, portion sizes are inconsistent, and the service has been extremely unprofessional. It’s disappointing to see these type of issues in an our community. Sunnyside is filled with small business restaurants striving to serve us with quality. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Half the time they’re out of guacamole or pico de gallo. They won’t tell you until after you start your order. No discounts either for the missing ingredients Make sure to check they have all the ingredients before you order!
