I placed an order here through the mobile app on 12/24/25 and the restaurant was closed when I arrived. Though I was debited, McDonald’s Corporate will not refund me. The restaurant said they mailed me a check – didn’t respond to my email when I said it never came.
Not the first time I’ve had issues with mobile orders here, though usually you can pull through the drive thru if it doesn’t come at Curbside. Kind of defeats the purpose of Curbside though, and, their drive through line is always long and slow. Worse, you can’t see your order confirmation in advance – all orders have to be placed face-to-face. Once you pay at drive thru you’ll usually be expected to pull off to the side or onto North Ave to wait a while for them to bring your food.
If you must eat McDonald’s, choose one that isn’t owned by this franchisee.
Update: I see the McDonald’s bot responded “we want to help” and directing me to a contact form. Don’t be fooled. If they wanted to help they would have helped. I reached out to corporate multiple times and each time was directed back to the restaurant. They have all my contact information. They can reach out to me.
I also opened a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 1/20/2026 which was closed on 2/28/2026 with no response from McDonald’s.

Wouldn’t know how the food was since I didn’t get any. I miss the days when Marshall owned this McDonald’s. It was great then. It’s really gone downhill. The McDonald’s app selected a different location than this one which was geographically closest to me. When I arrived the young man at the first window laughed at me for “picking the wrong location.” I told him I didn’t pick anything and that both addresses were on North Ave so how would I know? He told me to pull around and they would help me at the last window. The man there made me feel stupid and told me to “get off his timer.” When I asked him to help me he told me I was “messing up his times” and started yelling that I was “disrespecting him” by “not getting off his timer” and that he was now going to refuse to serve me. When I tried to take a picture of the owner contact info he called his manager over saying I was snapping pictures of him! She said they took a photo of my license plate. It was all very bizarre. I never got any food or any assistance in getting my order correctly placed or refunded. I realize the app chose the wrong location for me but surely some bit of customer service would have helped. Why not say “let us help you cancel that order and we can get it ordered for you here.” Here’s a cropped photo of the man who was so rude to me. Unfortunately, the food was not as fresh as I would have liked. I ordered two sausage mcMuffin meals. They hash brown was lukewarm and a little greasy. The sandwich was the same except where it wasn’t greasy. I believe this should be hot. It’s better when it’s hot.

MC Donald’s is definitely a hit & miss it depends on who’s working ,what managers are on duty, almost at all the locations its like a party back where the employees are supposed to be working! Then you wonder why it take so long to get your food! It take good managers to run a good staff and if the managers not responsible then the staff is not going to be productive! Managers should make sure the condiments are stocked!

This that old school spot that people sleep on that still hits well. A guilty pleasure with the curly fries I shouldn’t have, but I do when I’m there. People there are always in a good mood and it feels good to chill there for a moment. Imagine stepping into a sound booth out of the current noise of too much going on, to sit for a peaceful second and enjoy a small meal. That’s this place.

Used the Drive thru, ordered a 20 piece nugget, chicken sandwich and a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese,ONLY Onions, Ketchup and Mayo.
I get a j double quarter pounder with everything on it, So I pull over I’ll take it back in and ask them to please give me the correct sign which I requested in the first place.
They gave me the sandwich I loved Thinking The problem was solved.
I opened up my sandwich and it has No mayo, the wrong type of onions that go on a quarter pounder I take it back in and try to get my double quarter pounder corrected….
I get major attitude from the employees that keep making my sandwich the wrong way and it’s not my fault. I will never go back to this McDonald’s ever again.!!!!!!!

They markup any drink you buy by 40 cents consistently. I come here daily and they do it Everytime. Cashier won’t speak English and they make it difficult when I try to get my 40 cents back Everytime.

This location is smaller than the others I’ve visited.
Kiosks on both sides, right in the center (which were not accepting credit cards, so you still had to go to the cash register) whereby, when people were lining up they were standing over you. And with customers and dashers, that wasn’t pretty.
The on-site parking lot was very tight which included the drive-thru. Cars were lining in busy North Avenue work traffic.

I haven’t been to this McDonald’s in over six years due to a bad experience I had in the past—I ordered a cheeseburger, waited 10 minutes, and when I finally got it, there was no meat inside.
Today (9/27 at 12:15 pm), I decided to give it another try and ordered a 6-piece kids meal. I only received 4 nuggets, and they were cold. I also ordered a small smoothie, but it was only filled halfway.
It’s very disappointing to see that after all these years, the service and quality at this location are still so poor.
